The self-catering barn sleeps up to 10 people in 3 rooms, Coleridge, Dunkery and Snowdrop and has two shared shower rooms with WC. There is a well-equipped kitchen/dining area and drying room. We have a selection of DVDs, books, maps with suggested walks, smart TV and WIFI. There is a secure cycle storage area and garden with lawn, wildflower bank, seating and freestanding fire pit with BBQ grill.

Prices include heating, unlimited hot water, a quilt, pillow, bed linen and a bath towel per person. Beds will be made and a bath towel per person provided. We would ask that you strip the beds before your departure. We provide an initial supply of basic household essentials. There is a storage area for each guest and the bedrooms can be locked.

There is an option to have the fresh or frozen oven-ready meals delivered and we can recommend a private chef. These orders must be made in advance.

You will have access to the three bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people), two shared shower rooms with WC, kitchen and dining room.

Coleridge is situated on the ground floor of the barn. The room sleeps two and has a super-king/twin bed, please make your request for a double/twin at the time of booking.

**Dunkery**

Dunkery sleeps 3, located on the first floor of the barn. The room consists of two single beds and one smaller single bed.

**Snowdrop**

Snowdrop sleeps 5, located on the first floor of the barn. The room consists of two sets of bunk beds and one single bed.

Smoking and vaping are allowed in some of the open-air areas. No smoking or vaping inside the barn.

Groups are accepted up to a maximum of  10 people.

No stag and hen groups.

Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

The owners do not and will not accept responsibility for damages, loss including accidents or injury resulting from use in the barn, garden and car parking area.

The owners have the right to ask anybody to leave where they consider behaviour is unacceptable

Breakages are to be paid for and if an unacceptable amount of cleaning is necessary with regards to the barn and bed linen a charge will be made.

Your hire includes: 5m Canvas Bell Tent, Double bed and mattress, Bed linen, Duvet, LED Lantern, Three floor rugs, Scatter cushions, Fairy lights, Bunting, and a dug-out fire pit area. Fires will still need to be off-ground and fire pits can be hired from us if you don't have your own.

Our 5 metre Bell tent can accommodate up to 4 people. A double bed is included in the booking and up to two additional camp beds can be added as an extra. There is also space on the pitch for additional guests to pitch their own tents if you wish. *Electric is not provided.

Pitch 4 - Enchanted Forest

General Camping space for individuals or groups - no fires are allowed in this area as there is no fire pit available. 

Upon arrival in the field, stay right and come up the track to the small red building (compost toilet). Keep going all the way to the bell tent, turn left and the general camping areas are on the left hand side.

Our three lotus belle tents are positioned in a beautiful quiet paddock with stunning surrounding countryside views.

The large canvas tents are very sturdy and suitable for use in all weather conditions. Great for families or small groups, each tent sleeps up to four adults on comfortable single futons.

Designed for people looking to get away from it all, there is no electricity supply in the tents.

However, toilet and shower facilities are just a short walk away along with a communal kitchen/dining area.

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted in this accommodation.

LOTUS BELLE TENTS 

In a peaceful private spot on the edge of the vineyard, our two Shepherd’s Hut’s are ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Each beautiful hut has a Scandinavian Wood Fired Hot Tub to provide you both with the perfect environment to relax and unwind together in the most beautiful surroundings.

The huts on their original iron chassis, are made of wood with old fashioned wheels and steps leading up to a double stable door entrance. The doors and windows allow plenty of sunlight to stream in or allow you to watch the sun set over the vineyard from the comfort of your double bed if you wish! Inside there is also a kettle, toaster, fridge and a traditional wood burning stove in shepherds hut 


Shared toilet facilities, this accommodation is the ultimate luxurious glamping experience for couples. Each hut sleeps two adults. Both are only a short walk from kitchen and dining facilities.

We have 3 lodges that can sleep up to 4 adults with plenty of space inside for comfort and ease. Accommodation comprises 2 pull out sofa beds, a double bed, under bed storage units and a radiator. Five windows and a large full screen glazed door panel ensure ample natural light to provide a beautiful living environment offering plenty of opportunity to enjoy the views.

**What do we need to bring?”**

Please bring sleeping bags, pillows, towels, torch, crockery, cutlery etc for use inside or outside your accommodation. There is a kitchen / dining room with everything you need for cooking and eating however we ask that all crockery etc is not taken out of the kitchen.

Silver Belle sleeps 3 people (2 in the double bed in the pop-top roof and one in the back on the sofa) and seats 3 people and has the advantage of two awnings and plenty of storage space. She is at home wild camping with her own solar panel and leisure batteries or can be plugged in to an electric site hook-up if staying at campsites. All prices include insurance, mileage (100 miles a day) and full camping equipment.

Watchet Boat Museum was established in 1997 with the aim of conserving the artifacts and history our local maritime heritage. Access to the Boat Museum is through the Watchet Visitor Centre built in 2016. The worlds largest collection of Flatners a local flat bottom boat can be viewed along with local maritime memoribilia. Additionally, the building that houses the museum was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and started life as a goods shed in 1862 for the Bristol to Watchet Railway line.
