Our Coppice Woodland glamping site is a collection of intertwined ‘rooms’. We let the site to one family or couple at a time so our unique glamping site offers exclusive use of our native two acre woodland. The romantic woodland site offers bathing under the stars in the indulgent wood fired hot tub. This is a great family event or something special just for two.

**Sleeping Arrangements**

A renovated 1973 VW camper van with a permanent full sized double bed at one end and a small children’s (up to about aged 6) bed at the other end (where the driver and passenger seats used to be)

A woodsman’s yurt with king size bed to sleep two or use as a living area.

**Bathroom**

a genuinely beautiful twin vault dry compost toilet (really!) and ‘bathroom’ (wood fired hot tub and solar shower).

**Useful things to know**

There is no power at the glampsite. There are solar lamps and solar fairy lights and torches. There are plugs in the potting shed a short walk away if you need to charge any devices during your stay.

   The glampsite is unheated, so please bring appropriate clothing, hot water bottles and extra duvets or sleeping bags during the winter months!

Coppice Woodland

The Secret Garden is perfect for a couple or can be used as a sister site to the Coppice Woodland for a larger group or two families. Our Secret Garden site has an earth sheltered cabin with kingsize bed and solar fairy lights. The woodland spa area hosts your own private wood fired hot tub while the covered swing pod and open hammock hang, both nestling amongst a wildflower meadow & fruit orchard, allows for outdoor relaxation whatever the weather.

Cuckoo Fen Campsite

Perched on a hill in a quiet and leafy church yard next to the meandering High Street, this quirky church shares the space with the neighbouring church of St Mary’s. Both buildings have occupied the same churchyard for centuries and shared mixed fortunes along the way. By 1806 much of St Cyriac’s was a crumbling, ivy-strewn ruin with no roof, but there wasn’t a princess who had been asleep for a hundred years at the top of the medieval bell tower. After checking for sleepy princesses and re-homing the bats, the ruined building was knocked down and a new structure built. The result is an elegant Georgian interior with slim columns, beautiful clear glass windows, acres of open space and great acoustics – perfect for a party.

The church of St Cyriac & St Julitta is very popular locally and has a thriving community who use it for local events. During the summer the Friends group use part of the church to host a pop-up afternoon tea shop, with home-made cakes and steaming cups of tea. Yum. This won’t impact greatly on your booking as the last scone crumb will be packed away by tea-time, but please be aware that there may be people in the church when you arrive. With tea. And cake.

Meadow View Campsite

Bourn Pottery just isn't your pottery that is typical studio. Right here you and the kids won't just paint pottery that is ready-made. You get to make your personal products from clay and glaze them into the session that is exact same. It is one thing every child that is creativeand adult) has to try! Come since a family group and luxuriate in a clay-making session together. The specialist artists which are ceramic the studio will provide you with a tuition on how to assist clay, plus any tips and some ideas you will need. What you make through your session will probably be fired in the kiln and will be prepared so that you can take home within 14 days. Fancy a go on the pottery wheel? When playing with clay isn't enough for you anymore, come to Bourn Pottery for a Throwing Taster Session and obtain an even more experience that is advanced level the world of arts & crafts!
