Our shepherd\u2019s hut dates back to the 1890\u2019s and has now been lovingly restored maintaining as many for the features which can be initial feasible.     You can expect a cosy hideaway oozing with charm and character with the hut sitting in its own private grass meadow with stunning views across our gorgeous Alkham Valley and sheep and horses to our farm grazing throughout the hills.    

The hut is extremely spacious inside and has now been furnished with bespoke features to a very standard that is high.     You have all the comforts you can\u2019t live without including a luxury bath that is hot lavatory & basin, heated towel rail, luxury king-size sleep with goose down duvet and pillows, home with table and seats.     The hut is fully insulated with sheep\u2019s wool and there's a wood that is cosy with a totally free availability of logs to help keep you warm, there\u2019s even a controllable history electric heater once the fire just isn't illuminated so you are warm and cosy at any time of the year.

Everything you shall get in our shepherd\u2019s hut:

Beyond your hut:
	Table & Seats.
	Seating round the fire-pit with a barbeque.
	Log store to keep the wood and fire-pit burner given for the duration of your stay.
	Personal parking next to the hut, so there is no significance of long walks together with your baggage.

There are many tasks & places to visit during Dover Castle to your stay additionally the famous White Cliffs of Dover only 10 minutes drive away.     The town that is historic of is just 20 minutes drive away.     Or checking out our neighborhood Alkham Valley by foot, bicycle or horseback you will see some countryside that is gorgeous.

Enjoy a relaxing break in this fabulous treehouse that sits on a 15th Century farmstead, in a historic Kent village near Canterbury. Made from recycled timbers and offering stunning views across the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s hard to believe this cosy escape is less than two hours away from London.

This truly unique holiday home sleeps two guests and has been constructed around an old tree on the grounds, which grows up through the treehouse. After making the ascent up the wooden staircase into the property, those staying are greeted by a cleverly designed space. Comfort has not been compromised, as guests are presented with a large double bed with luxurious linen and secure and sturdy windows keeping the interior lovely and warm - even when the weather outside is not.

On the ground floor is a small cabin with a chemical toilet, while those staying can use the shower facilities in the main house. Surrounded by the fantastic Kent countryside, there really is an impression of blending inside and outside at Elham Treehouse and this can be further emphasised with the use of the charcoal barbecue which is provided.

Located on a 15th-century farmstead in the historic village of Elham, The Elham Treehouse is a cosy rustic escape less than 2 hours from London. The treehouse features an inviting and comforting interior nestled between three sturdy oak trees. The treehouse is made of recycled timbers with uninterrupted views across the glorious north downs.

Located in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Beauty, Elham Treehouse provides access to acres of pristine countryside, gorgeous footpaths, and quaint towns including Elham and nearby Canterbury. Just a short 30-minute drive away is the beach, including Whitstable, with various villages offering unique gifts and heirloom trinkets.

Our valley shepherd hut is set in a stunning location on a valley hillside with beautiful views. It is heated by a wood burner, has hot running water and has an ensuite with a shower and composting toilet.

The valley shepherd hut sleeps 2 adults and 1 child on an inflatable mattress. You can relax take in the views and listen to the skylarks and buzzards above. Doggies are very welcome and will enjoy the fabulous walkies here.

Woodland shepherd's hut Our Woodland shepherd's hut is set in a sunny glade with mature oak trees. During the spring, Anemones, orchids, primroses, and bluebells carpet the woodland floor.

The woodland hut sleeps 2 adults and 2 young children on self-inflating mattresses under the bed. It is heated by a wood burner, has hot running water and an ensuite with a shower and composting toilet.

Our woodland shepherd's hut and valley shepherd's hut have been beautifully built by The Shepherds Hut Company in Devon to give you memorable experience glamping in Kent. Relax and enjoy the calmness of this ancient woodland with bird songs such as the wren. At night you may even see and hear many nighttime creatures.

The hut runs on 12v solar power. There are 12v sockets for chargers.

Our woodland shepherds hut and valley shepherds hut were beautifully built by The Shepherds Hut Company in Devon to give a memorable glamping experience. They have hand-built bespoke kitchenettes, composting toilet and good size shower. Hot water, hob and oven are gas. LED lights and fridge run on solar power. There is a cosy wood burner to keep you warm. All wood supplied.

Our huts are aimed at people who want a wild tranquil escape. They are 1/2km away from the nearest road and dwelling.

Relax and enjoy the calmness of this ancient woodland with bird song such as the wren. At night you may even see and hear many night time creatures.

Doggies (max 2 in the woodland shepherd hut) are very welcome and will enjoy the fabulous walkies here.

Hawthorn Farm Caravan Park can be found within 28 acres of stunning landscaped gardens, containing some 5000 founded decorative fruit and woodland woods providing an air of harmony within some of the countryside that is loveliest in Kent.

Each of that have been tastefully sited to offer the most of area and scenery, generally not very regimented as is usual on most other parks inside the boundaries of Hawthorn Farm are located some 150 privately owned vacation homes. A few of our owners have a home in Europe and as far away as Canada. We have some 250 pitches designed for tourists.

Throughout the length of a period that is normal February to December, we welcome some 40,000 visitors, not merely through the UK but all of Europe, Australia, Japan, brand new Zealand, Southern Africa, south usa and also the United States Of America. Within 300 yards of Hawthorn Farm is Martin Mill railway place, providing a site that is regular London.

The neighbouring town contains a country that is typical for site visitors needing a sense of the area. A bus that is local also runs through the town to contract and Dover. We are the caravan park that is closest to the Port of Dover, only 10 minutes drive away. Blue Flag beaches are also within easy reach of the park. Regional castles that are history as Dover, Deal and Walmer are nearby. Sporting getaway makers are spoilt for option with a few golf that is okay, fishing, swimming, tennis, bowls and most other pursuits available.

Since proudly winning the Hoverspeed that is inaugural\u2018Welcome Kent\u2019 honor for most useful Caravan Park in 1994, we have performed substantial improvements to the reception area, store, bathroom obstructs and washing room at Hawthorn Farm. We fully intend to carry on keeping and enhancing the requirements which can be high achieved. As are all our parks, Hawthorn farm is a known person in both the British Holiday & Residence Parks Association and the nationwide Caravan Council.

Great Field Farm B & B and Self Catering provides 3 roomy lodges which can be detached beautiful countryside.     Sunset Lodge, sleeps 4/6, Apple Barn sleeps up to 5 and Hazel Barn sleeps up to 4, all with en-suite spaces being damp restrooms, all with ground supply temperature pumps and underfloor heating.

Bedrooms on the ground flooring. Well suited for families. Also The Cottage, sleeps 2 plus sofa-bed. All rooms have television and free wi-fi access that is internet. Calm environments, hearty breakfasts with home grown fruits and eggs. Ample parking that is off-road. ten full minutes drive to Canterbury and Eurotunnel.

Capel-Le-Ferne is a relatively small understood seaside town, midway between Dover and Folkestone.Little Satmar is a park that is quiet short walk through the delightful cliff top paths, which run involving the towns and gives fine views over the English Channel.This park is an element of the Keat Farm Group and it is located 1 mile through the village.There are 47 touring pitches all with electricity and 20 tent pitches, some with electricity.The pitches generally speaking have a sunny available setting with a few more shaded positions.There may also be 75 holiday domiciles, which are situated in a different area of the park.The wc and shower facilities are excellent.There is a well stocked store on site and a laundry room with washer, tumble dryer and a spin dryer is available.We recently received a Gold Award from David Bellamy.www.keatfarm.co.uk

Sunny Sands Beach is amongst the watering places that are prettiest on the south shore. The problem is wonderful, the air is delicious, plus the hills which can be breezy downs, carpeted with wild thyme and embellished with an incredible number of wild flowers are, on the faith of a pedestrian, perfect. And don't go from them, that was by Dickens!Sunny Sands Beach is a hugely popular beach that is sandy the eastern end of this Stade and Folkestone Harbour. It is a popular that is firm families through the entire summer, with good facilities nearby including WCs and cafis, pubs and beach shops.PLEASE NOTE that the postcode is for satnav to truly get you near, please plan your journey independently.
