Conveniently situated at the Eastern end for the city just from the A27, near to Goodwood, St. Richards Hospital, Festival Theatre and Chichester Harbour, the town centre featuring its considerable array of stores, pubs, puts to eat, cinema and bowling alley is just a walk that is quick,.

All spaces are are    ensuite, hospitality tray and Freeview television, are on the bottom flooring and we have off road parking.

Solitary occupancy from  £360.00.

Business is run and owned by Lynn & Arthur Smith and has now been established since 1991.

- We do not charge anything extra for dogs, or awnings.
- We ask you keep your dog on a lead when on site.

Facilities available – 

Access to the lovely Tree house kitchen with communal chiller box, this is an off grid cool box chilled with large ice butts. It will not freeze food, just keep it cool. You will have use of the sinks to wash up in and the two ovens with gas hobs to cook with, if you so wish.
Huge amphitheatre fire pit to toast marshmallows and gaze at the stars.
Communal 120 capacity Home Yurt with DVD library.
Hot showers and heated toilet block.

Pre bookable exclusive slots in the wood fired hot tub, please note the Hot Tub is closed Mondays and Thursdays.
Amenity hamper if you do not wish to bring your own crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The hamper also includes a hammock to use throughout your stay. 
Bedding and towel hire £20 for a double and £10 for a single set.

We offer glamping throughout our season from April – October and look forward to the arrival of our regulars year after year for the school holidays, romantic midweek breaks and Goodwood (a 10 minute drive will take you to the famous Goodwood Estate, home to regular events including the annual Festival of Speed).  Located within a few miles of Chichester, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Kingly Vale, Bosham Harbour and West Wittering beach there is plenty to see and do. 



Off grid and proud to be the guardians of this beautiful oasis of calm, we welcome guests looking to experience a new kind of eco living, whilst having access to the creature comforts we so appreciate at home.

Itchenor caravan site offers static caravans for sale and a couple of holiday caravans for hire, in a beautiful landscaped park which has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. Each holiday home has a spacious garden, and the park boundaries overlook open farmland offering glimpses of the South Downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters.

We have two static caravans available which can be hired for weekly holidays from Saturday to Saturday, between March and October. Weekly prices are displayed on our web site. Please call our head office on 01243 514433 to enquire about availability and make a booking. Dogs are permitted in one of our hire caravans.

Young ones can experience convincing celestial occasions with fascinating commentary, without the usual stargazing frustrations of unexpected cloud address and pollution that is light.
