Rent a large 6M Bell Tent with a maximum capacity of up to four people per bell tent It is ideal for anyone who likes the idea of camping but without all the setting up required.

Inside it's equipped with   one double bed and two or three single folding beds and seating for four with a dining table, bedside tables and a coffee table . There is lighting indoors and out and also an electric heater and electric kettle inside, bedside lamps and USB plug in charging points. Electricity is included in the rental price. 

Outside is car parking next to pitch, a bench style table for six with large umbrella and a free to use fire pit. Firewood can be purchased onsite or bring your own. Each of our two Rental Bell Tents are on large inividual pitches and are sited next to each other. 

You will need to bring all camping items with you such as bedding or sleeping bags and pillows, pots, pans, plates, cups, gas stove etc but if you don't want to cook, there are several local food takeaway options to choose from within a mile of the campsite.

Our new for 2025 Star Bell Tents are ready pitched rental tents which will accomodate a maximum of 5 people.  .4 peolpe and 1 car are included in the base price of £70 per night.  Each tent has a 10 amp electric socket and USB charging point and internal lighting. A table and 4 chairs is inside and a table/bench outside and also a fire pit. Firewood is available for puirchase onsite. Each Star Bell Tent stands in its own large indiviual pitch. There are shared ladies and gents toliet and shower facilities onsite and also a Campers Kitchen with a Fridge, a freezer, and microwave oven and a kettle as well as dishwashing facilities all free of charge for you to use.

Located in a beautiful location, this countryside touring campsite is nestled off a quiet country lane in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands just 200 meters off the main "A 521" Draycott Road and just 7 miles to the east of Stoke on Trent.

About the Site; This popular campsite has been in operation for more than 26 years and has always been a great place for caravans, motorhomes and now tent campers to stay especially for visitors to Alton Towers Theme Park which is just a few miles down the road from the site. 
Springfields has 3.5 acres with lots of spare room for the whole family to stretch out and a great area for walking your pooch.

If the key components of your break in the Peak District National are a) easy access to walks; and b) easy access to a good post-walk pint, then you’ll probably be most pleased with the location of Yew Tree Farm Touring.

What three words location is martini.taking.manly.
The field is located opposite the village toilets. 

This Derbyshire touring site is on the edge of the village of Wetton, opposite the village car park, which functions as the start point for several walking routes. That means that once you’ve parked your van you can simply set out on foot to get to Thor’s Cave, meander along the Manifold Way or find various other ways to soak up some of the scenery. If you don’t mind a little bit of a drive, the likes of Dovedale and the Heights of Abraham can be on the schedule too.

Wherever you end up, (even if it’s Alton Towers, which is also nearby) you’ll be able to finish the day with a well-earned drink at the local pub, which is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the site. The village also has a tea room that’s open at weekends if a piece of cake and a cuppa is more your style. For dinner, you may like to bring along a barbecue and load it up with supplies from shops in Ashbourne (20 minutes’ drive).

Touring pitches are set up in a five-acre field, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a bit of peace. Chemical toilet disposal is available on site and although there are no toilets on site there are public loos in the car park next door.

Damson Pod

We have three private and exclusive glamping pods which boast fantastic views over the valley towards Carsington Water. You can escape to the peace and quiet of our rural farm yet within easy reach of Ashbourne (3 miles) and nearby cities of Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield. We are located on the edge of the Peak District and have plenty of walking and cycle routes on the doorstep. 

Our facilities are built with quality in mind with cedar cladding, fully insulated and eco-powered and heated by the farm wind turbine. The view from the pods over the valley and Carsington Water is beautiful particularly in the morning. Not just in sunshine, the changing weather patterns create some spectacular scenes especially during Autumn and Winter. All can be enjoyed and viewed from inside the cosy glamping pods too.

Damson and Bluebell Pods each sleep two guests, ideal for couples and Lavender Pod sleeps up to four guests, ideal for families. Groups of eight can enjoy exclusive hire of our glamping site, great for a family or friends Peak District gathering. Damson and Lavender Pods are pet friendly too.

We are open all year around and as a family run business we don't believe in hiking the prices in school holidays so we don't.

We just have a minimum of a three-night weekend or four-night midweek stay during school holidays.

Our Damson Pod and Lavender Pod are pet friendly and we welcome well behaved dogs on our farm. As we have sheep and cattle roaming around your glamping pods, we have to limit this to two in each pod per stay and must be kept on leads at all times.



**Directions to Mulino Pods:**

If you are arriving by public transport the nearest train station is either Derby, Belper or Uttoxeter. There are then bus routes to the town of Ashbourne and a taxi thereafter is necessary. 
We are in a rural location, approximately 35-45 minutes footpath walk to the nearest village of Kniveton (and bus stop).

We are dog friendly and don’t charge extra, however, we kindly ask that they are kept off the furnishings and should any damage occur the hirer is responsible for costs.

Fern Shepherd's Hut (No Dogs Allowed)

Our hill farm is located above the River Dove near the pretty hamlet of Milldale in the heart of the Peak District

You will see various areas of planted woodland, the newest being planted 13 years ago. It is on the edge of this woodland where we chose to site Lily and Fern our shepherd huts, allowing guests the best experience of being close to nature.( Lily is our pet friendly shepherd hut, no extra fee for bringing your dog)
Once the living accommodation of a shepherd, our huts now provide a more romantic, rustic and relaxing way to spend a holiday.
Each shepherd hut has a built in double bed with comfy matress & pretty linens, a wood burning stove for those cooler days nights to keep you warm& toasty, a camping gas stove to cook simple meals and all basic pots, pans & crockery. If you dont want to do all the cooking a an optional breakfast hamper can be delivered to your door to set you up for a days walking.
The toilet & showers are just a short stroll 20 metres from the huts through the apple orchard in to the Old Dairy.
Our farm is perfectly situated for walking & cycling with foot paths abound in all directions, Dovedale, Tissington Trail & Manifold all close by. With many visitors attraction within easy reach  such as Alton Towers, Heights of Abrahmn, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, The caverns Speedwell & Poole to name but a few there is something for everyone to enjoy. 
The market towns Ashbourne , Bakewell & Leek & spa towns of Buxton & Matlock are in a 16 mile radius.

This year our Cowslip yurt moved into The Glade; an exclusive, private part of the farm, surrounded by trees, a wild pond and its own little footpath style entrance, as well as its own unique handmade long framed tipi equipped as an indoor-outdoor kitchen and dining area.

We offer a unique ‘back to basics’ camping experience on our working farm in Derbyshire. Our limited facilities are offset by the panoramic views of the Peak District and stunning sunsets to the west.

-   No fixed pitches; campers use a selection of fields dependent on livestock grazing and haymaking.
-    No electricity hook-up; enjoy the sounds of the countryside without your hair-dryer or DAB radio.
-    No hot water or showers for campers; mains drinking water taps on bright blue pipes are available in the fields for your use.
-    Environmentally friendly; compost toilets and long-drops facilities.
-    We allow campfires; provided no damage to the ground is caused, i.e the fire is on a fire pan, brazier or BBQ. We have handmade fire pan’s available for use free of charge.
-    Large log bags; available to buy for £5 a bag, one bag will last three-four hours burning, or bring your own! (no nails please)
-    Well-behaved dogs; are allowed by arrangement. We have free-range livestock including lambs and poultry, so dogs must be kept under close control at all times.

Bluebell sits in the bottom corner of one of the farms largest fields, next to a willow orchard, boasting a vast open field space and spectacular views close by. Perfect for families who want room to play, roam and explore.

Eco Yurt 2 - Bluebell by the Willow

Situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park, the land on which New House Farm stands has a rich and exciting history. People have worked this land from prehistoric times, leaving many traces visible on the farm. This sense of history gives the farm a remarkable atmosphere that is almost timeless.

We are a working organic family farm offering a ‘back to basics camping experience - and now have 2 gorgeous handmade yurts. Our limited facilities are offset by the panoramic views of the Peak District National Park and stunning sunsets to the west.

We have 2 unique eco-yurt stays, both come fully equipped with comfy beds, log burners, furniture, equipped kitchen with stove, cooking ware and drinking water sink,  solar lighting, outdoor standing BBQ, large circle fire pit and a compost loo and hot shower! We hope to have our homemade log burning sauna ready for Autumn 2022.

Basic camping at New House Farm means cold water, compost loos, no showers, and meeting the very free-range animals and poultry. No electricity hook-up, enjoy the sounds of the countryside without your hair dryer or DAB radio.

At New House Farm we care about food production. We’re concerned about animal welfare. We’re passionate about preserving the environment around us and creating a sustainable industry, and we understand the important link between the food we eat and our health. Our organic produce includes beef and lamb, plus pork products from a local farm. We can also supply salad in season from the farm. Our very free-range chickens roost in the sycamore tree in the garden and lay fabulous eggs - we also sell our duck and goose eggs in season.

Conservation is important. We have wildflower meadows, ancient pasture land with ridge and furrow, newly planted woodland and hedgerows, a new pond, willow beds.

We have also put together an archaeology trail with an accompanying guide book that you can use on your visit to explore the land in more detail and 'read the landscape' to discover over 4000 years of human activity.

NOTES The yurts came as a unit, and the prices do not change according to capacity, whether you are 1 or 6, the price is the same. However, for camping we charge per person per night: £10 for adults, £4 for children. (No charge for children under 3 years old.) Fire pits are provided free of charge, and wood is available to purchase. Fresh produce is available from the farm shop

Also plenty of trips (take a look at Master Blaster!) and area to relax and play, the park also offers a balmy indoor temperature so you could just as well be kicking back on a island that is tropical. It is fantastically handy that this park is sat alongside Alton Towers itself. You could plan an day that is aquatic here and, after staying overnight, jump up the next day for a go regarding the trips and a runaround CBeebies Land. The Alton Towers Waterpark

Cotton Dell is a spot that is lovely get away from all of it and get back again to nature because of the young ones. Stroll along a magical flow and listen to the relaxing sound of water they've been high in butterflies, bees, as well as other bugs, busy feeding on all the beautiful flowers as you be aware of the numerous wild birds and wildflowers which can be discovered here.Summer is the better time to understand grasslands, when. There are plenty of other sights and sounds for children to savor throughout every season, however you might want to bring wellies you see as you go along, as they are outstanding spot to find lots of insects, look out for the Green Tiger beetle, and this can be seen on sandy patches.The surfaced monitoring of the Circular Trail paths through the woodland is uneven and steep in places, therefore it may a bit challenging for the children, as well as for pushchairs and wheelchairs as it could get pretty muddy between the boggy areas and ponds.Get the youngsters to check the little boggy swimming pools.
