Mulino Pods

We have three private and exclusive glamping pods which boast fantastic views over the valley towards Carsington Water. You can escape to the peace and quiet of our rural farm yet within easy reach of Ashbourne (3 miles) and nearby cities of Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield. We are located on the edge of the Peak District and have plenty of walking and cycle routes on the doorstep.

Our facilities are built with quality in mind with cedar cladding, fully insulated and eco-powered and heated by the farm wind turbine. The view from the pods over the valley and Carsington Water is beautiful particularly in the morning. Not just in sunshine, the changing weather patterns create some spectacular scenes especially during Autumn and Winter. All can be enjoyed and viewed from inside the cosy glamping pods too.

Damson and Bluebell Pods each sleep two guests, ideal for couples and Lavender Pod sleeps up to four guests, ideal for families. Groups of eight can enjoy exclusive hire of our glamping site, great for a family or friends Peak District gathering. Damson and Lavender Pods are pet friendly too.

We are open all year around and as a family run business we don't believe in hiking the prices in school holidays so we don't.

We just have a minimum of a three-night weekend or four-night midweek stay during school holidays.

Our Damson Pod and Lavender Pod are pet friendly and we welcome well behaved dogs on our farm. As we have sheep and cattle roaming around your glamping pods, we have to limit this to two in each pod per stay and must be kept on leads at all times.

Directions to Mulino Pods:

If you are arriving by public transport the nearest train station is either Derby, Belper or Uttoxeter. There are then bus routes to the town of Ashbourne and a taxi thereafter is necessary. We are in a rural location, approximately 35-45 minutes footpath walk to the nearest village of Kniveton (and bus stop).
