We have welcomed many Rallies to Manor Farm including Yorkshire Horse Drawn Vehicles, Retro Caravanners, ABI Friends, and Dunswell Academy PTA. Rally prices are on the applicaion, applicants must hold the relevant permits for rallying. Ideal for specialist registered groups by arrangement only, near open water.

All of the cottages have enclosed private courtyard gardens with a Gas BBQ and table & chairs so that you can relax in the peaceful country surroundings.

Parking is next to the cottage for easy access.

All the holiday cottages are fully double glazed and centrally heated.

The cottages offer much more space, comfort, and flexibility than you will find in a hotel or bed and breakfast accommodation, giving you a home away from home in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside. The luxurious static caravans at Barmston Farm offer high standards of holiday accommodation to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. There are just 5 caravans available, situated near an ornamental pond with an island feature and seating area, making it the perfect quiet park setting.

The beautiful caravans have a range of features, such as double glazing, central heating (Woodmansey), and all have 3 bedroom. All caravans are non-smoking and fully equipped offering the following:

Dairy cottage’s bathroom has been built as a wet room, with shower, under floor heating and a heated towel rail. Fox & Otter cottages have baths with showers over and heated towel rail.

Disabled Access – Dairy Cottage is a single level building and has just one step at the entrance, and has been built with access in mind. The wet room and wider doorways make it suitable for people with disabilities or mobility issues, and a ramp, shower chair, and other mobility aids are available. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
