East Park

At East Park there is something for all: you can simply take a stroll around 130 acres of parkland, brave a ride on their Wicksteed splash motorboat, go to the animal education centre or enjoy tea in the cafe afternoon! It's a location that lends itself to virtually any range pleasing pastimes, therefore whether you are wanting action or very happy to saunter you will find room for your pace right here!then get fully up close for their interior collection of snakes, tarantulas, millipedes and beetles if you should be feeling courageous! To sooth your nerves afterwards, wander up to the paddocks and aviaries to begin to see the furry and buddies that are feathered. Guinea pigs rub arms with goats and sheep, whilst rheas run alongside deer, alpacas, wallabies and peacocks which are showy. A great amount of easily recognisable species for the smalls but a good amount of interesting varieties and some shocks to keep the top jobs enthralled aswell.For a unique treat go to the aviary that is walk-through. It is among the biggest in the united kingdom and includes Koi carp, waterfall gardens and birds which are exotic! A spot that is breathtaking a family picture, too.It also offers a truly great adventure play area with all the current classic equipment and a few big surprises like trampolines and zip-wires!
