-   No fixed pitches; campers use a selection of fields dependent on livestock grazing and haymaking.
-    No electricity hook-up; enjoy the sounds of the countryside without your hair-dryer or DAB radio.
-    No hot water or showers for campers; mains drinking water taps on bright blue pipes are available in the fields for your use.
-    Environmentally friendly; compost toilets and long-drops facilities.

A cosy room with a view, our timber camping pods are fully insulated and double glazed with cutting-edge infra-red heating, making them a much warmer camping experience than sleeping in a chilly canvas tent!

Cuddle up in the comfortable king size sofa bed and wake up naturally to the sounds of the farm animals.

Delight in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the stunning views over the farm fields. Due to exceptional demand, there is a minimum 2 night stay.

Despite being around 100 years old, Rose Hip has been completely renovated with a few extra contemporary comforts, to bring it to the 21st century!

Enjoy a truly romantic short break with a difference in a bow top gypsy caravan. We have kept the exterior of our vintage caravan a traditional deep burgundy red with highlights in bright contrasting colours, which looks amazing against the green canvas horseshoe shaped roof.

Take a step through the zipped canvas door, to discover the curved ceiling inside is covered in beautiful fabric with pretty roses.

Pinder is a spacious single-story log cabin with a real "home from home" feel. The open plan kitchen and lounge is beautifully light and airy, with French doors onto the decking area. Relax in the hot tub and admire the stunning view over the farm fields.

With two generous double bedrooms and one cosy twin room, the cabin is perfect for families and groups of friends.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower or you can soak in the luxurious whirlpool bath.

There is little light pollution so as night descends you can gaze in wonder at the star-studded sky above.

Hoe Grange Holidays

The Climbing Unit is the indoor that is ultimate experience for anyone of all ages or capability. Any adult that is competent may bring a child down any moment during our opening hours (maximum 2 young ones per adult). For the children who would like to rise without their moms and dads, there are your options that are after children's Club our youngsters' teams operate every: Monday evening: 4:30pm to 5:30pm for the 5 to 7 12 months olds; and 5.30pm to 7pm for 8 to 16 12 months olds. Morning: 10:30am to 11:30pm for 5 to 7 year olds; and 11.30am to 1pm for 8 to 16 year olds saturday.  No experience necessary but booking is vital. £10 per session. Every Monday and Thursday at 10:30am to 12 noon during college holidays we've taster sessions. Every college getaway we operate climbing taster sessions for young ones and adults to own a chance and see what indoor climbing is all about.
