The Mews is the smallest of our 3-holiday cottages at Kirkennan and sleeps 4 + 1 in 2 bedrooms. It is part of the former stable block and at one time formed the Office for Kirkennan Estate. It provides a cosy cottage for your holiday that looks out over Kirkennan's landscaped gardens where red squirrels can sometimes be seen and are conveniently located just outside Dalbeattie in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland near the Solway Coast.

On the ground floor, The Mews has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a shower room with a toilet. On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom with a King-sized bed (5 ft wide) and 1 twin bedroom that has plenty of room for a third fold-out bed on request. There is also a bathroom with a toilet (shower over bath). There is an outside area in front of the holiday cottage with furniture (not enclosed). Parking (2 cars). Cycle store by arrangement. Red squirrels, roe deer, a range of birds, bats, badgers and, if you are lucky, otters can all be been seen on the Estate.

Choose from wheelchair accessible Woodsedge Cottage (sleeps 5), The Lodge (sleeps 5 + 2) and The Mews (sleeps 4 + 1).
