All our accommodation offerings are romantic, cosy and offer everything required. This includes electricity connection, full sized beds and a cosy wood-burning stove or heater that is electric. Outside each pitch has a picnic table,fire pit (wood supplied free), cool field,barbeque and solitary fuel band as well as a selection of pots, pans and utensils for your catering needs. A communal cooking that is covered is provided just in case of bad weather.                                                          \'

The star for the show is our Shower that is luxurious Cabin free     toiletries and fluffy towels await you. Two luxury rooms which are wet     with under floor heating, showers,toilets,basins and hair dryers are offered. The cabin also houses a washing up area containing two sinks, fridge (for your ice packages), microwave,kettle and toaster as well as regional information boards. Two groundbreaking bathroom that is extra have also been provided for this year.

The Snug is our brand new communal chill-out that is indoor with fabric sofas,dining table & seats, designed with a variety of books & games for our guests to enjoy in all weathers!     We've also included an fire-pit that is outside for larger night-time gatherings.

The accommodation and facilities are for couples and families whom enjoy real peace and quiet and an easier lifestyle. As falls there are candles,fire pits as well as the night calls of wildlife to savor in the place of tv evening.

 We hope we've thought of everything you'll need for a relaxing and refreshing short break and have provided everything we think is an essential plus some luxuries and also a range of extras that you might want.

Everything we do is designed to have as small an impact on the local environment as possible and we’ll try and encourage our visitors to share this ethos and leave only footprints and take only memories.

Outside you've all your own private 'glamping' facilities, from the compost loo and shower room to the safari kitchen as well as a barbeque and a firepit.

**What's Included**

 Just bring yourself as we're providing all your bedding and towels, plus all the necessities for your stay. This includes your crockery and cutlery, plenty of free firewood for the fire pit. The safari kitchen has a two ring gas hob, a cool box to keep your food in as well as essential salt, pepper and oil - and of course a bottle opener!

We've also put some games, books and a pack of cards in the Living Van in case you get bored of idling by the river.

Whilst this is camping - we want it to be the most relaxing camping you'll ever experience.

The Nut Plat Retreat is a holiday home from home for those who relish the idea of sleeping in the Great British Countryside in Ransoms or Bomford, our two bijou and boutique Living Vans or Finlay's Cabin our bespoke secluded wood cabin.

 Each Living Van and our Cabin is set in its own private space here in the beautiful Kent Countryside. Visitors have their own separate kitchen, bathroom facilities, fire pit and a barbeque areas.

Our two lovingly restored historic living vans and bespoke wood cabin are kitted out to satisfy all your needs for a comfortable weekend break (or longer!) less than an hour from the centre of London.

 Situated in a idyllic rural setting the hamlet of Roughway, Tonbridge is between Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone in Kent.

An ideal location for a holiday break to explore Kent. Perfect to either escape from London or as a base to visit London.

Alternatively, just put your feet up and enjoy a quiet rustic break in beautiful surroundings to get away from modern life!

The Old Wagon Lodge is a single storey timber framed cottage with Kent peg tiles found in the heart of this Kent countryside with far reaching views in an attractive location that is peaceful.     Its a great location for exploring Kent together with area that is surrounding. London is reached by train in less than an full hour therefore the Channel Tunnel is more or less 45 mins away by car. Bedgebury Pinetum and Bewl Water are a drive that is brief, with Blue Water Shopping Center about 35 mins. There are many nationwide Trust properties and Castles to explore and tennis that is several in your community, or perhaps you could just remain during the cottage and revel in a glass of wine and a barbecue in your protected yard. The cottage has all mod cons with a DVD, TV with Freeview, complimentary Wi-Fi and heating that is underfloor the winter months.

Established on former farmland, the Colts Hill Glamping site overlooks quiet fishing lakes and is surrounded by mature woodlands vibrant with wildlife and birdsong.
We are committed to making your stay as restful as possible and will provide you with all that you need for a relaxing and memorable visit including firepits and **Hot Tub** (**Not available until September**).

Colts Hill Glamping can also arrange for your fridge and larder to be stocked before your arrival (including barbeque packs and afternoon teas).
We work with trusted local suppliers to ensure that our guests enjoy only the best quality produce. Maximum of two adults and two children allowed per booking.

Fishing at Tricklebrook Lakes:
Four of our pods are adjacent to Tricklebrook’s Specimen Pond. Guests wishing to book to fish the Specimen Pond should confirm when booking. A discounted fee of £25 per day (usually £30 per day) should then be paid directly to Tricklebrook Fisheries upon arrival (cash payments only).
Guests are welcome to fish for free on the Tricklebrook match lake
