We've three luxury ensuite     rooms making use of their own patio that is personal yard area and an abundance of secure car parking:

Bed linens is fine cotton that is egyptian pillows are non-allergenic and bath towels fine soft and fluffy. All spaces are designated designated and non-smoking outside smoking areas are offered .

Guests are welcome to look around the farm yard by arrangement, depending on the time of year, there are normally sheep, lambs, pigs, piglets, cows and calves on site as well as chickens, chicks, turkeys, and ducks that wander the farm freely.

Home produce is always available and includes eggs, meat including pork sausages, bacon, lamb and beef.

We have also produced our own bed throws and wool. These are available to purchase as well as branded Roundoak clothing by Musto including jackets, coats, fleeces and polo shirts all of top quality. No arrivals after 6 PM.

Roundoak is an Adults-only working farm that focuses largely on breeding of rare breed sheep including Hebridean, North Ronaldsays and the very rare Boreray sheep, we also keep rare breed cows, including Vaynols, White Parks, Irish Moiled and Highland Cattle. 

It is set in the heart of the Kentish countryside, south of the county town Maidstone, on the southerly slopes of the Greensand Ridge overlooking the beautiful weald of Kent. The mainly grassland farm now consists of approximately 180 acres including 5 acres of natural oak woodland at Sutton Valence and a further 50 acres at our sister farm, Kings Oak, which also has a commercial campsite, just a mile or so away in Ulcombe. We have also produced our own bed throws and wool. 

These are available to purchase as well as branded Roundoak clothing by Musto including jackets, coats, fleeces and polo shirts all of top quality. The farm also conservation graze in excess of 1500 acres throughout central Kent.

   Surrounded by gorgeously green views over the Kent countryside and with no nippers to pierce the peaceful vibe… folk seeking a properly restful rural time have hit on a 'royally' fine spot at adults-only Kings Oak Farm with our rare breed cattle some of which come to us directly from the Queens estate in Balmoral.

This is a splendidly spacious site, part of a working farm that extends out over 80 acres with huge mown grass caravan pitches (a small number may require the odd levelling board for those who require spirit level accuracy). The site is accessed via a coded gate and surrounded by yet more farmland.
    Folk travelling here can be assured of our superb facilities with our newly installed shower and toilet unit as well as another separate toilet unit, we also have mains electricity hook ups on all our pitches and fresh water points on the pitches overlooking our beautiful fields and countryside, fresh water is also available from our communal and Motorhome fill points. A special area for Chemical toilet disposal (cassette type only – Not suitable as a Motorhome drop point) is also available. 
    Chemicals, tent pegs and many other products sold at our shop facilities from our Sister farm at Roundoaks (3.2 miles away) or available from our Campsite manager at either site to help you with the items you may have forgotten. Friendly, ********well-behaved dogs are welcome but they'll need to be **kept on a lead at all times**********; there’s also the chance to book a farm tour and then you can get to know some of the resident animals while you’re on site from our cute lambs, to the bigger residents 'The Captain' and 'The Prince of Balmoral' just two of our many bulls. **Please note:** this is a working farm and the residents will only see visitors by appointment **WITH one of our staff present** or they may get upset!

The creatures in question are the rare-breed cattle and sheep that graze in the surrounding fields; home-reared beef and lamb, plus local pork sausages, bacon and eggs can all be bought on site. Sounds like just the thing for a barbecue? Fine plan – grills are permitted as long as they’re kept off the ground and you can pre-book blocks for this from our Campsite manager anytime during your stay. Any other bits you need to finish your meal can be picked up at shops in Sutton Valence, Headcorn or Lenham (7miles), within approx a 10-minute drive (you might also like to consider sticking around for pub dinners or a cuppa in the cafés of the villages too).

Established on former farmland, the Colts Hill Glamping site overlooks quiet fishing lakes and is surrounded by mature woodlands vibrant with wildlife and birdsong.
We are committed to making your stay as restful as possible and will provide you with all that you need for a relaxing and memorable visit including firepits and **Hot Tub** (**Not available until September**).

Colts Hill Glamping can also arrange for your fridge and larder to be stocked before your arrival (including barbeque packs and afternoon teas).
We work with trusted local suppliers to ensure that our guests enjoy only the best quality produce. Maximum of two adults and two children allowed per booking.

Fishing at Tricklebrook Lakes:
Four of our pods are adjacent to Tricklebrook’s Specimen Pond. Guests wishing to book to fish the Specimen Pond should confirm when booking. A discounted fee of £25 per day (usually £30 per day) should then be paid directly to Tricklebrook Fisheries upon arrival (cash payments only).
Guests are welcome to fish for free on the Tricklebrook match lake

The Old Wagon Lodge is a single storey timber framed cottage with Kent peg tiles found in the heart of this Kent countryside with far reaching views in an attractive location that is peaceful.     Its a great location for exploring Kent together with area that is surrounding. London is reached by train in less than an full hour therefore the Channel Tunnel is more or less 45 mins away by car. Bedgebury Pinetum and Bewl Water are a drive that is brief, with Blue Water Shopping Center about 35 mins. There are many nationwide Trust properties and Castles to explore and tennis that is several in your community, or perhaps you could just remain during the cottage and revel in a glass of wine and a barbecue in your protected yard.
