BHS approved Checkendon Equestrian Centre offer a variety of well mounts that are mannered lessons, that are available from three years upwards. Indoor and outdoor schools available plus an swimming pool that is equine! You will find 2 interior schools, 3 outside schools, a big selection of show jumps, good stabling and 2 new cross country courses! Absolute beginners frequently begin with a Walk into the Woods, a pony that is led horse ride through gentle landscapes. Those somewhat older and more interested and can that is capable at weekends and on college holidays, arrived at the Centre for the full or half day's everything Pony! A day that is half runs from 10am to 1pm an includes one hour of cycling, an hour of stable management and one hour assisting to take care of and feed the ponies. The afternoon that is complete 10am to 4pm and includes 2 hours of riding and 2 complete hours of hands on stable management! The birthday celebration events have a mix of these activities.
