Each Yurt has been individually furnished to the same standard as our boutique bed & breakfast with its own en-suite bathroom, hardwood floors, king-size bed, wood burning stove, indoor seating and mini pop-up kitchen. 

We want your stay in our nomadic yurt to have the same feel luxurious feel as our award-winning Bed & Breakfast so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable with little extras to delight you.

The yurts have hardwood flooring that measures 5 metres in diameter giving you ample space to relax. 


On arrival, your king-size bed with memory foam mattress will be made up with luxurious, freshly laundered Egyptian cotton sheets, pillow cases, and duvet. Enjoy fluffy white towels and biodegradable toiletries in your very own private en-suite bathroom. Wooden furniture, coat rack and lots of little extras can also be seen inside.

Your welcome tray includes tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water. You will find a mini fridge in your pop-up kitchen to keep your food and drinks nicely chilled.  There is an electric socket to charge your mobile devices and of course you can pack your hairdryer! We’ve added lots of little extras to enhance your glamping experience including electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans and even fairy lights and tea lights.

Inside your Yurt the wood burning stove will be set ready for you to light with ample firewood to keep you warm and cosy.  Outside you will find your own private decking with a charcoal BBQ, outdoor table and chairs for al fresco eating, we even provide a gazebo for each Yurt should you need a little shelter!  Once you've eaten you can sit and relax round your fire pit and take in the beautiful surroundings.


We love dogs and have three of our own who will probably come and say hello during your glamping stay at Old Dairy Farm.

Old Dairy Farm is dog friendly so if you wish to bring your own dog or dogs, the cost per pet is £20.00 payable at the time of booking.

We provide a metal screw-in dog lead stake for use by your decking and ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times whilst on the property, making glamping with your dog a hassle-free experience.

Itchenor caravan site offers static caravans for sale and a couple of holiday caravans for hire, in a beautiful landscaped park which has been thoughtfully laid out in an old orchard. Each holiday home has a spacious garden, and the park boundaries overlook open farmland offering glimpses of the South Downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters.

We have two static caravans available which can be hired for weekly holidays from Saturday to Saturday, between March and October. Weekly prices are displayed on our web site. Please call our head office on 01243 514433 to enquire about availability and make a booking. Dogs are permitted in one of our hire caravans.

Itchenor Caravan Park

The Stansted Park Light Railway is a 7 and a quarter inch gauge miniature railway in the grounds of Stanstec House in Hampshire, and next to the Stansted Park Garden Centre. The track is half a mile long and runs through the house grounds. Addititionally there is a 6 road engine shed and workshop, plus a turntable. The railway opened in 2005, with quite modest beginnings, but through the years, the amount of volunteers has grown, along with the locomotive fleet, which has one steam and three petrol hydraulic locomotives. Please be aware that while the railway is totally family friendly, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.If you fancy making a day of it, there are the Edwardian home and Grounds of Stansted Park, with a Grade II Listed country house set on a 1750 acre estate inside the Southern Downs National Park.
Please note we only run trains on Wednesday and Saturday from 10:30hrs with the last train leaving the station at 15:45hrs.
The operation of trains is subject to weather and staffing levels.
