Our park is divided into 5 meadows; Lake View meadow, Squire Meadow, Outer meadow, Pond meadow and Orchid meadow. Tarmac roadways connect the meadows where the grass is closely and regularly mowed.

All our pitches are grass based with easy access to drinking water. They all contain a lot of space for a car, big tent, motorhome or caravan. The pitches are separated from each other by a wooden barrier, which gives our guests some privacy. We have a number of pitches with electric hook up point. We do not have hard standing pitches.

**You agree to comply with the following behaviour standards when booking ans staying on the premises:**

Any accidents or incidents must be reported to the site owners.

Not to create any unreasonable noise or disturbance.

To act towards us and our staff in a reasonable, courteous and considerate manner.

You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the park including all amenities (toilets, showers etc) and when cycling around the park.

Pensagillas Park adopt a no tolerance approach to illegal drug use on site.  Customers believed or proved to be involved in the use or distribution of illegal drugs with be removed from site immediately and reported to the police. 

Noise: Our quiet time is between 10:00pm and 8am. No excessive noise (as judged by the duty park staff) is accepted after 10.00pm (including TVs, radios etc.). Children should be returning to their families by 10.00pm or be accompanied by a related adult. Please make sure that your children are not running around after 10:00pm. Repeated breaking of this rule will result in removal from the park.

Children: You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the park including all amenities (toilets, showers etc) and when cycling around the park. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the bar area unless accompanied by an adult at any times. No ball games. Lake & ponds: All our guest should have valid Fishing licence and day tickets to fish in our lake. Children under age of 16 are not allowed near lake & pond without adult supervision. Fishing or catching fish, by using nets, in the pond is not allowed.

Drones: are NOT ALLOWED! We do not give permission for any recreation flying of drones on our land.

Dogs are permitted, but ONLY following these strict conditions: they are kept on the lead at all times, under control and quiet at all times, they are NOT PERMITTED in toilet&shower blocks, reception/shop at any times. Dogs banned from the UK as named in the DANGEROUS DOGS ACT 1991 are not permitted. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs anywhere on the Park including dog exercise area. Dogs must not be left unattended on the site at any time. Any complaint regarding dogs will be dealt with by the management team and the owner can be asked to leave if the issues cannot be resolve. No more than 3 dogs per pitch.

BBQ and Campfire: Campfire and BBQ s are allowed in designated areas, off the ground. You MUST use appropriate fire pits/baskets for campfire, which can be hired from our reception. Campfire is not allowed near caravan or inside tent & gazebo.

No supermarket deliveries are allowed on the site.

No contractors or commercial deliveries are allowed to come to the Site without prior discussion with the site owners.

Cars must not be parked in such a way as to cause obstruction to any emergency vehicle needing to come to the site.

A speed limit of 5mph applies to the whole site.

Driving around site between dusk and 7am is not permitted (unless unavoidable in emergency situations).

All handheld/remote controlled flying devices such as (but not limited to) helicopters, aeroplanes and drones are also not permitted on site. This is for both privacy and safety reasons.

Washing lines: Not allowed and will be removed due to health and safety reasons. Hook-on airing racks and portable airers are acceptable.

Consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years is strictly prohibited. Proof of age must be provided on request. Any person found to be intoxicated and causing undue noise or displaying objectionable behaviour, will be evicted without refund. Usage of illegal drugs will also result in instant eviction without refund and if warranted, the matter may be referred to the authorities.

All our guests using Pensagillas Park and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk. Pensagillas Park will not accept liability for any loss or damage to persons and/or property, or accommodation or amenities becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please inform us of any problems that occur during your stay as we regret that we cannot rectify complaints once you have left the park.

Any person in breach of these booking terms and general site rules or who behaved in such way to cause offence to either our staff or other guests on the site shall be liable at the discretions of the management, to removal from the site together with all remaining members of their party. NO REFUND will be given.

Pensagillas Park is the home of the Kent family and it has been in our possession for six generations. It is our family home and we take pride in everything we do. Cleanliness and tidiness prevail throughout the park.

 

Our park is situated on a beautiful, rural Cornish farm, surrounded by mature and young trees, together with young hedging, and shrubs. Away from busy roads and towns, we are only 20 minute drive from Eden project, 10 minute drive from the nearest local beaches Gorran Haven & Caerhays & beautiful ancient fishing village of Mevagissey and 5 minutes drive from Heligan gardens.

Pensagillas Park is still a working farm. We sell our own, free range pork, sausages, chops and eggs in our shop.

Our aim is to make your holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It gives us a great sense of satisfaction that many of our visitors return each year to meet up with friends from previous holidays, and to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us.

- The campsite is set within four acres and has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Pitches are well spaced around the edge of the field with the centre left for children to play cricket and football or fly a kite while you sit back and relax knowing they are safe at this family site.

- The shower block has free constant temperature-controlled hot showers. There is a hot water dishwashing area, laundry facilities, chemical toilet disposal point, baby bath and changing mat and free fridge and freezer facility. Wireless internet is available on the campsite.

- Pitches come standard but electric hook up can be added with a fee.

- Dogs are welcome but on leads as we have horses.

**Court Farm Campsite** near **St Austell** is an absolutely lovely and very tranquil campsite; family friendly and set in four acres of beautiful countryside in **Cornwall**.  The family here have owned the farmhouse and land for many years, and it is now - aside from a wonderful campsite - a working livery yard where you can actually bring your horse on holiday with you if you wish!  Court Farm Campsite offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and is the perfect place for a wonderful camping holiday in this picturesque part of **Cornwall**.  

The 30 well-kept and spacious **grassy pitches** are all dotted around the edge of a large field, with the middle of the field left free for kite flying and ball games.  So you can sit back and watch the kids without worrying what they’re up to!  All are welcome here - tents, campers, caravans and motorhomes -  and you can bring your dog along as well.  Simon and Lisa - the extremely welcoming owners - will make sure that you have everything you need for a fantastic stay and have bags of knowledge about the surrounding areas and what to see and do while you are staying with them.

The campsite has **great facilities**.  There are electric hooks up if you need one, a good amenities block with hot showers and toilets, a dishwashing area, laundry, chemical disposal point, baby bathing facilities and there is a fridge and freezer available to use.  The toilet and shower block is kept **immaculately clean** and each pitch has a bin and its own drinking water tap.  There is also wifi available on the site.  If you need supplies,the village of St Stephen has a small supermarket and other shops to stock up on food, and there is also a pub and a petrol station.  

The location of Court Farm is truly brilliant for exploring some of Cornwall’s finest attractions.   Centrally located in the heart of the county, you don’t have to travel far to get to gems such as **The Eden Project**, **Charlestown** (Poldark fans alert!), **The Lost Gardens of Heligan**, and the awesome Wadebridge to Padstow **Camel Trail**.  For this one, you can hire bikes in Wadebridge and cycle along the lovely flat path for five miles, following the estuary all the way to Padstow.  When there, you can indulge in some excellent fish and chips, ice cream, and a spot of crabbing at the harbour of this pretty village.  If you are after a beach holiday then there are some seriously spectacular beaches close by.  For surfers, head west to **Newquay**, **Watergate Bay** and **Polzeath** (also great for bodyboarding) - you can hire everything here from wetsuits to boards, and there are lots of surf schools available to teach you how to ride the waves.  If you travel over to the east coast, you will find the beautiful **Polkerris beach** and the picturesque fishing villages of **Megavisey**, **Fowey** and **Polperro**.  There is so much to discover, explore, see and do here; make sure you leave plenty of time to fit it all in, and, at the end of a busy day, Court Farm Campsite is a lovely quiet retreat to return to.
