About this place

Our park is divided into 5 meadows; Lake View meadow, Squire Meadow, Outer meadow, Pond meadow and Orchid meadow. Tarmac roadways connect the meadows where the grass is closely and regularly mowed. All our pitches are grass based with easy access to drinking water. They all contain a lot of space for a car, big tent, motorhome or caravan. The pitches are separated from each other by a wooden barrier, which gives our guests some privacy. We have a number of pitches with electric hook up point. We do not have hard standing pitches. **You agree to comply with the following behaviour standards when booking ans staying on the premises:** Any accidents or incidents must be reported to the site owners. Not to create any unreasonable noise or disturbance. To act towards us and our staff in a reasonable, courteous and considerate manner. You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the park including all amenities (toilets, showers etc) and when cycling around the park. Pensagillas Park adopt a no tolerance approach to illegal drug use on site. Customers believed or proved to be involved in the use or distribution of illegal drugs with be removed from site immediately and reported to the police. Noise: Our quiet time is between 10:00pm and 8am. No excessive noise (as judged by the duty park staff) is accepted after 10.00pm (including TVs, radios etc.). Children should be returning to their families by 10.00pm or be accompanied by a related adult. Please make sure that your children are not running around after 10:00pm. Repeated breaking of this rule will result in removal from the park. Children: You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the park including all amenities (toilets, showers etc) and when cycling around the park. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the bar area unless accompanied by an adult at any times. No ball games. Lake & ponds: All our guest should have valid Fishing licence and day tickets to fish in our lake. Children under age of 16 are not allowed near lake & pond without adult supervision. Fishing or catching fish, by using nets, in the pond is not allowed. Drones: are NOT ALLOWED! We do not give permission for any recreation flying of drones on our land. Dogs are permitted, but ONLY following these strict conditions: they are kept on the lead at all times, under control and quiet at all times, they are NOT PERMITTED in toilet&shower blocks, reception/shop at any times. Dogs banned from the UK as named in the DANGEROUS DOGS ACT 1991 are not permitted. Owners are required to clean up after their dogs anywhere on the Park including dog exercise area. Dogs must not be left unattended on the site at any time. Any complaint regarding dogs will be dealt with by the management team and the owner can be asked to leave if the issues cannot be resolve. No more than 3 dogs per pitch. BBQ and Campfire: Campfire and BBQ s are allowed in designated areas, off the ground. You MUST use appropriate fire pits/baskets for campfire, which can be hired from our reception. Campfire is not allowed near caravan or inside tent & gazebo. No supermarket deliveries are allowed on the site. No contractors or commercial deliveries are allowed to come to the Site without prior discussion with the site owners. Cars must not be parked in such a way as to cause obstruction to any emergency vehicle needing to come to the site. A speed limit of 5mph applies to the whole site. Driving around site between dusk and 7am is not permitted (unless unavoidable in emergency situations). All handheld/remote controlled flying devices such as (but not limited to) helicopters, aeroplanes and drones are also not permitted on site. This is for both privacy and safety reasons. Washing lines: Not allowed and will be removed due to health and safety reasons. Hook-on airing racks and portable airers are acceptable. Consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years is strictly prohibited. Proof of age must be provided on request. Any person found to be intoxicated and causing undue noise or displaying objectionable behaviour, will be evicted without refund. Usage of illegal drugs will also result in instant eviction without refund and if warranted, the matter may be referred to the authorities. All our guests using Pensagillas Park and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk. Pensagillas Park will not accept liability for any loss or damage to persons and/or property, or accommodation or amenities becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Please inform us of any problems that occur during your stay as we regret that we cannot rectify complaints once you have left the park. Any person in breach of these booking terms and general site rules or who behaved in such way to cause offence to either our staff or other guests on the site shall be liable at the discretions of the management, to removal from the site together with all remaining members of their party. NO REFUND will be given.
