From forest walks and wildlife encounters to winter sports, fishing and waterskiing, get cracking right on site, as this small Leicestershire park for touring vehicles has its own fishing pond, bookable in advance. Switch off and unwind in our luxury safari tents located in their very own meadow on our 350 acre farm. Each safari tent is fully equipped with everything you would need to relax and leave behind the daily treadmill of life.

The 3 stations in the Battlefield Line Railway are Shenton (a prize winner), marketplace Bosworth and Shackerston, the latter of that will be the HQ station where you'll find the loco shed and primary stock that is rolling their Victorian Tea area and Souvenir Shop. There's disabled access throughout all 3 stations and loos at Shenton and Shackerton.It must be noted on approach that the signs for Battlefield Visitor Centre don't just take you to the place, instead to an attraction some quarter-hour' disappear (which can be also worth a look around if you've plenty of time). The walk is definately not a distressing one and you may stroll alongside Ashby Canal too, but then there clearly was parking at all the stations too.Trains operate on weekends between March and November plus on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during July and August, just Wednesdays in September and through the entire half term days in October if you like not to.
