A little Italy set within the center of a Cornish village. The site is close to Porthleven and a 5 minute drive from Helston where the nearest Lidl is located. We are also situated near many of the beautiful beaches that Cornwall has to offer.

For a tranquil camping experience, for guests with tents and campervans, look no further than Cherry Masons Fruit Farm. We accept family groups to individual guests. The site enjoys a peaceful setting just a five minute drive from the coast. We provide a selection of grass pitches with and without electricity, with easy access to Praa Sandsu, Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach, and the pretty fishing village of Porthleven. Electric hook-ups are available, although not to be used for cooking & heating.

Our tent pitches are grass, and we also accommodate campervans (VW size).

Please bring your dogs if you wish, we even have giant novelty dog kennels and dog baths (available upon request).

This pitch can be booked for 2 family’s (2 units) to share or one family / unit who just want double the space.

Silver Pitch

Unfurnished bell tent ready for you to move in and make it your own - this could be a simple as bringing an airbed, sleeping bag, BBQ and cool box - OR - you could kit it out with all your own luxury camp beds, furniture, home duvets & pillows and full camping kitchen (in an outside shelter) - whatever takes your fancy.

Our 5m Bell Tents has been set up on two of our 9m x 8m Gold electric pitches with newly planted (small) hedges.

The tents will be set on a gravel base (current photos show on grass - these will be updated soon) with a gravel walkway.
There is space for one car only and a grass area out the front for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine.

**Polladras Holiday Park** is an absolutely superb and very well presented touring and caravan site, located in the beautiful countryside of **southern Cornwall**.  It is a very popular spot offering camping of all descriptions, including tents, caravans, motorhomes and static self-catering caravans.  Visitors who stay here regularly comment on the brilliant welcome from the very friendly staff, who go out of their way to make sure that your holiday is the best it can be.  Nothing is too much trouble.

This **family-friendly** campsite itself is in a lovely rural location, meaning that you can sit back, relax and appreciate the lovely countryside in complete peace and quiet.  There are a range of pitches to choose from - hardstanding and grass -  with very large grassy pitches available if you are two families.  All the larger pitches have electric hook-ups.  The facilities here are excellent and spotlessly clean; toilets and hot water showers (including a family room and disabled shower room), launderette, free wifi, access to fresh drinking water in every field, a wet suit dunk tank, chemical disposal point and a communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer and microwave.  There is also a play park for children with swings and climbing equipment, an indoor games room with table tennis, a large grassy area with football goals for those wanting a kickabout and for young explorers, a small nature trail runs through the park, with information about hedgerow life.  Your four-legged friends haven’t been forgotten either; there is a large two-acre paddock (with doggy bin) for your dog to run about off the lead.  They really have thought of everything!

Just a few miles down the road is the lovely **Praa Sands beach**, backed by sand dunes and boasting some of the most extraordinarily white sand you’ll ever see.  It’s the perfect beach for sandcastles and the shore is great for splashing about in.  **Porthleven** beach and **Sennan Cove** are also close by; both world-class beach spots.  The ancient market town of **Marazion**, with two sandy beaches and the historic tidal island of **St Michael’s Mount** is well worth a visit and only fifteen minutes away from the campsite.

Although surfing, swimming and beach life are what Cornwall is famous for, it’s not all wetsuits and sandcastles; **Polladras Holiday Park** is also ideally located for many of Cornwall’s best known attractions.  Within a half hour drive you can get to most of the highlights of South-west Cornwall, including **Flambards Theme Park**, **St Ives**, **Falmouth** and the National Trust’s **Gardens of Glendurgan**.   Trebah and Trewithian gardens are also close by.  Walkers will love the variety of different walks along the South West Coast Park, all with stunning views out to sea.  The historic town of **Helston** five miles away is a lovely place to potter around and while you are here, visit the Cornwall Seal Sanctuary, Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach and other sights along the **Lizard Peninsula**.

Seven acres of serene space make up the Elysian Fields site, which lies between the little villages of Breage and Ashton and has some scenic views towards Tregonning Hill, as well as distant glimpses of the sea and the cliffs of the Lizard peninsula made from the oldest rocks in the UK.

Pitch up here and you'll also be able to stroll along quiet footpaths to the local villages, both Breage and Ashton. Porthleven with its ancient harbour is just a short distance away as is Praa Sands with its beautiful long sandy beach. The campsite has its own bar and restaurant, Tonys Tavern, with draught Cornish beers and cider. Cornish breakfast or lighter bacon / sausage baps are available in the morning and evening meals including burgers or scampi and chips together with Jackies special homemade meal of the day are on offer. We even deliver to your pitch. If you're happy staying on your pitch we have picnic benches, windbreaks and firepits for hire with a plentiful supply of kiln dried logs to warm up the evening.


Also on site are a playground, a small shop, laundry unit, coin operated washing machine and tumble drier, a freezer to keep your icepacks in, a fridge and microwave free to use. We even have an ironing board if you want to look good for a special occasion.
