The self-catering barn sleeps up to 10 people in 3 rooms, Coleridge, Dunkery and Snowdrop and has two shared shower rooms with WC. There is a well-equipped kitchen/dining area and drying room. We have a selection of DVDs, books, maps with suggested walks, smart TV and WIFI. There is a secure cycle storage area and garden with lawn, wildflower bank, seating and freestanding fire pit with BBQ grill.

Prices include heating, unlimited hot water, a quilt, pillow, bed linen and a bath towel per person. Beds will be made and a bath towel per person provided. We would ask that you strip the beds before your departure. We provide an initial supply of basic household essentials. There is a storage area for each guest and the bedrooms can be locked.

There is an option to have the fresh or frozen oven-ready meals delivered and we can recommend a private chef. These orders must be made in advance.

You will have access to the three bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people), two shared shower rooms with WC, kitchen and dining room.

Coleridge is situated on the ground floor of the barn. The room sleeps two and has a super-king/twin bed, please make your request for a double/twin at the time of booking.

**Dunkery**

Dunkery sleeps 3, located on the first floor of the barn. The room consists of two single beds and one smaller single bed.

**Snowdrop**

Snowdrop sleeps 5, located on the first floor of the barn. The room consists of two sets of bunk beds and one single bed.

Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement

Smoking and vaping are allowed in some of the open-air areas. No smoking or vaping inside the barn.

Groups are accepted up to a maximum of  10 people.

No stag and hen groups.

Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

The owners do not and will not accept responsibility for damages, loss including accidents or injury resulting from use in the barn, garden and car parking area.

The owners have the right to ask anybody to leave where they consider behaviour is unacceptable

Breakages are to be paid for and if an unacceptable amount of cleaning is necessary with regards to the barn and bed linen a charge will be made.

Each of the Huts has a small kitchen unit, all with cutlery, crockery, mugs and glasses. There is a kettle and some coffee, tea & hot chocolate, to help make your stay enjoyable. Also in each hut there is a 2-ring camping gas cooker , along with pots and pans.

Outside in the Glamping meadow, there are BBQ's available for use by our glampers.We provide all the bedding and towels, along with some warm extras, lovely snuggly blankets and hot water bottles.

With picturesque views across the rolling hills of Exmoor out to Bristol Channel, Dunkery is the perfect spot to relax and unwind as a couple or with friends and family.

Sleeping up to 6, there is room for a full family trip to the Retreat.

Offering spacious and open plan accommodation, Brendon provides a master bedroom and two twin rooms.

Brendon is also a pet friendly holiday caravan, for up to two dogs. There is a designated dog walking area on park, with a dog shower and various bins dotted around the Retreat.

Outside, there is a decking area with a table and chairs, as well as an adjacent parking space.

For those wanting to switch off and embrace the stunning, spectacular, surroundings and natural environment, or those new to camping that want to get out into the great outdoors, with a few home comforts our pet friendly Countisbury Glamping pod could be just what you are hoping for.

Our wooden, fully insulated and heated pods, provide a comfortable alternative to being under canvas. The Pod has a double bed and a sofa bed, tea / coffee making facilities and small fridge. All linen, duvets and pillows will be provided. Please note we do not provide towels.

Our toilet and shower facilities are available, however, please bring all your own camping equipment and towels.

You are welcome to bring your own BBQ (bricks are provided to raise these off the ground) as well as any other camping equipment needed to ensure you have a wonderful break.

Each pod has an outside seating area where you can sit and take in the views or enjoy a meal in a wonderful setting.

This field doesn’t have numbered pitches, so you are free to choose your preferred spot.

We keep numbers to a minimum, ensuring plenty of room for all.

You’ll find our facilities a very short walk away, they offer modern bathroom facilities, an indoor washing up area, a freezer for ice blocks and even a dishwasher free for guests use.

Minehead EYE skatepark has a range that is huge of to complete for kids of most many years, including adults who haven't developed yet! Class breaks are our speciality, with lots of free workshops animation that is including film generating, beatbox, street dance and great occasions like scooter partys, real time music and our world famous roller discos.As well as the interior skatepark where scooters, skateboards, skates and BMXs are welcome and offered to employ, we also have an incredible new bouldering cave with equipment to hire. Additionally plenty of other things to do upstairs. Xbox kinect, Playstation 3, Wii plus an Internet cafe for anyone requiring their computer fix.A cafe that is very good watching area over the whole skatepark with toddler club. Children over 11 could be left on their own with parental authorization, so we're open from 10 to 10 ! Perfect for a off for parents night! Always check our skate skools out if you desire to brush through to their skills.Other facilities include pool, table tennis, table soccer and DJ facilities, and our recording studio just in case you feel setting up some tunes!
