West Shed Museum

Go to the West Shed Museum: home to historic steam locomotives.Train enthusiasts may have plenty to have excited about, with films and hands on tasks, railway carriages with shows and an engineering workshop that is active. You can also sit on a miniature engine, or proceed with the Maggie Moggy path. During the college breaks they make certain kids being crafty kept busy with arts activities while the possiblity to make a 'junk model' train from colourful debris (on chosen days - make contact to discover when). All this together with possiblity to see a model railway whizz round the track, along with two 1930s vapor locomotives!The website is kitted down with picnic areas, a playground and nation park for many uncommon but lovely days that are sunny.
