Havant Leisure Centre has among the best 25m (82ft) swimming pools in the area, plus a 13m (42ft 7) splash pool, and a pit that is diving. There's also an air trained gymnasium, a creche, Oceans of Enjoy play that is soft, and a cafe at the top floor.Both the indoor swimming pools are heated, with the splash pool being maintained at a somewhat higher temperature, than the primary one, which makes it ideal for younger children. The pool that is main 20m x 25m (65ft 7 x 82ft), and graduates from 0.9m (2ft 11) during the shallow end, to 1.9m (6ft 2) during the deep end, and comes compete with a 1m springboard which includes a diving level of 3m.There is a shallow area (0.5m, or 1ft 7) beside the main pool that is ideal for more youthful children. The splash that is split, calculating 13m x 7.4m (42ft 7 x 24ft 3) is great for young ones under eight years of age, with entry in to the water by steps plus the pool graduating to 0.9m at the deep end.Children under 8 years old should be combined with a responsible adult (ratio of just one adult for each and every 2 kids). Please also be aware that swim nappies must be worn by ab muscles young, and they're on sale during the centre if you need any.The Oceans of Enjoy play that is indoor is split over 4 levels and contains many slides, ladders, rope bridges, nets, tubes and ball pools. Children will like having activities and always leave happy (and tired!). Extra sessions available (primarily into the school holiday breaks), covering anything from crafts to infant gymnastics, dance lessons and more.
