Fully furnished Yurt with a double futon and 2 memory foam single mattresses, as well as plenty of blankets, cushions, rugs and other items of furniture, making you feel right at home. Please bring duvet/sleeping bag, a pillow and towel. It is important you bring a duvet or sleeping bag that is adequate for night time temperatures as It can be cold overnight (especially in springtime).
Welcome basket of food, including some essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

This makes the meadows a lot quieter, no car doors slamming and no headlights or indicators flashing late at night and it’s safer for the little ones.

For adults only and set at the end of our orchard, the Shepherd’s hut has been designed for those who truly want a comfortable camping trip. 

The hut sleeps up to 2 adults in a double bed. There is a wood burning stove inside the hut to keep you warm and comfortable whatever the weather, complete with solar lighting, within the hut. We provide logs, kindling, fire lighters and matches.

Oversized Pitch (14m Diameter)

- You will receive a welcome basket, including all the essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

- At this accommodation you will be complimented with your own private kitchen area, a gas stove with a double burner, grill, a Belfast sink with running drinking water and all the pots pans and cutlery you will need to prepare some good camping dinners. 

- Outside you also have a raised fire pit with grill and provided logs kindling, fire lighters and matches so you can either enjoy some traditional camp cooking or just sit back, relax and take in the sunset over a campfire.  

- The yurt now even has electric sockets and it's own mini fridge.

Campsite pitches are level mown grass with electric hookups, no tents.

The cottage accommodation is all on the ground floor with the front door opening into a small hall which leads into the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. Electric storage heaters are provided in each room, together with additional heaters for added warmth.

Outside there is a small outside sitting area with uninterrupted views across the fields and delightful walks to the village of Clifford Chambers.

 A zip and link bed gives the option of a king-sized bed or twin beds.

From your front porch, explore the footpaths, bridleways and towpaths that are rural England.
Switch off and unwind in our luxury safari tents located in their very own meadow on our 350 acre farm. Each safari tent is fully equipped with everything you would need to relax and leave behind the daily treadmill of life.

A safe place for the family to run free and play, build dens, toast marshmallows, walks through the countryside, stopping off at a pub to indulge in some local fare. Of an evening star gaze, snuggle up with a good book in front of a log burner.

Using your luxury safari tent as a base, soak up some local culture and history where museums and castles abound. All easily accessible by road and rail from the famous town of Rugby, no more than 4 miles away.

Short breaks or something longer, our luxury self catering safari tents will give you a rare opportunity of being gently awoken by the dawn chorus, to witness the rising sun through the early morning mist, to taste rural life and to create long lasting memories leaving you rested, refreshed, with a desire to come back wanting more.
