The seventeenth-century poet John Dryden was born nearby and baptised in the church – his grandfather was the rector. Look out for strange carved birds, beasts and other creatures on the exterior. The Chambre chantry chapel of 1489 is also of exceptional quality.

We offer both electric and non-electric pitches. We will try and cater for everyone's needs with luxury shower/toilet rooms, an undercover wash up area, picnic benches and a large grassed play area to keep the children busy. Dogs are also welcome on-site in your caravans and tents but we do ask for them to be kept on a lead at all times when not in your accommodation, and all mess be cleaned up, dogs are also not allowed in the shower blocks.

Our Two luxury 5m Canvas Bell tents provide the perfect accommodation nestled at either end of the spacious Glamping area allowing plenty of room for that secluded feel. Each tent is uniquely decorated and furnished with a super king sized bed plus 2 floor mattresses. Outside the tent is its very own tarpaulin covered camp kitchen fully equipped everything you'll need.
