TOURING PARK
Sometimes the caravan experience starts before you arrive at the park. If you have your own Touring Caravan or Motorhome, you are very welcome at Windsor Holiday Park.
We are known for being a quiet holiday park, with level and spacious grass pitches. We are in an ideal location being only 1 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the centre of the lovely seaside town of Newcastle, at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, with many cafes, restaurants and bars.
All our Pitches have 16 amp Electric Hook-up and mains water supply.
Our toilet facilities come complete with shower/wash rooms and hot water at no extra charge. (£10 Refundable deposit is required for the Key on arrival)
There is a separate laundry room and chemical disposal point next to the toilet facilities. Also available is a custom grey waste disposal point for motorhomes.
We do permit touring and motorhome customers to bring their pets with them, providing they are kept on a lead at all times and that all of their litter is disposed of in the bins provided.

The camp site is for youth groups only. It offers spectacular panoramic views towards Slieve Meelmore,Tollymore Forest, Dundrum bay and the Shimna river valley. It is ideally located for expeditions in the Mournes as it is within a short walk of the Trassey track and Happy Valley.

The Tropicana sea pools are outstanding spot for beginner swimmers with a maximum height of 1.2 meters. Come into their pools which are warm let your family just take a dip without the need to brace the chill of this ocean. Tropicana is also a vacation that is great big children, as there is certainly a twisting yellowish slip to help keep them entertained. There's also an inferior slide called the elephant for younger site visitors.Being beside the beach you are able to just take your household also to a seawater stone pool. After relaxing into the waters that are hot can scout for crabs, little fishes in order to find hidden wonders washed through to the County Down beach.
