The National Gallery welcomes children and provide Family Walk and Talk Guided Tours, 3 audio tours and 3 more children being printed tracks to actually help in keeping children entertained! Holiday breaks get pretty special with crafty workshops and playful tasks so almost always there is lots to do at The National!Plus of course the collections themselves are thorough and stunning and gives both a relaxing couple of hours of creative contemplation or a resource that is fantastic copying academic studies and school work.There are also Magic Carpet Storytelling Sundays are around for families with underneath 5s, every Sunday 10:30 to 11:00 and 11:30 to 12:00 in the Pigott Education Centre Foyer. Places can't be scheduled but is allocated up to an hour beforehand at reception.Drawing and Studio Workshops are also readily available for 5 to 11 year olds on Sunday sessions and getaway workshops, so keep an eye out for those of you to incorporate some additional joy that is interactive every day!Older types will of course enjoy the rest of the museum too using its vast selection of varying galleries which change regularly sufficient to keep return visits pretty fresh and interesting.
