About 
Operating out of Sissinghurst, one of the more picturesque corners of Kent, The Milk House is a village pub with four bedrooms being beautiful. Spacious and light, these were styled to feel relaxing and home-from-home, with comfortable beds, luxurious en suite bathrooms and scenic views associated with town and surrounding orchards.

a former century that is sixteenth household, with timber beams and a Tudor fireplace, the bar is popular with loyal locals, along side visitors from further afield, providing cask ales from Kentish breweries and a wide selection of wines that include offerings from the area\'s prominent vineyards.

The Milk House also prides it self on its meals providing a menu that changes using the seasons and uses only the freshest produce from neighborhood suppliers. The Milk House offers a variety of classic pub fare and a light Grazing Menu alongside a seasonal dining Menu. On there\'s a range of delicious roasts and there are nutritious choices for young ones too sunday.

Outside the terrace that is sun-soaked The Milk House is an excellent place to while away summer time months. It\'s home to a traditional pizza that is wood-fired serving do-it-yourself pizzas topped with neighborhood charcuterie, cheese, seasonal vegetables and fresh natural herbs.

Sissinghurst is the place that is perfect a week-end getaway, with all the historic castle and gardens just half a mile\'s walk from The Milk House. The pub won Newcomer associated with within the Kent lifetime Food & Drink Awards 2014, was a finalist in last year\'s style of Kent Awards and is listed in the Michelin Guide year.

We've three luxury ensuite     rooms making use of their own patio that is personal yard area and an abundance of secure car parking:

# 1 The Stable Block - a large double room that is bedded with the added advantageous asset of a dual sofa bed , with ensuite shower space

# 2 The Stable Block - a sizable bed that is dual with ensuite bath space

# 3 The Stable Block - a sizable sleep that is dual with ensuite bath space

All spaces have digital Freeview / usb media tv\'s , coffee/ tea making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press, free Wi-Fi     and space rates consist of complete English or Continental Breakfast. Bed linens is fine cotton that is egyptian pillows are non-allergenic and bath towels fine soft and fluffy. All spaces are designated designated and non-smoking outside smoking areas are offered .

WIFI available and free in most rooms.

The ensuite rooms are emerge the secluded garden far from the trail and Century Hawkenbury that is nineteenth Inn.

Pets are welcome , little fee that is additional

Dandelion Bell Tent sleeps up to 4 people and is perfect for those wanting to get away but don't want the hassle of putting up a tent! We have added a double bed and 2 single futon beds (you will need to provide your own bedding).

Dandelion is on the right of our field between Nettle and Willow .

A fire ring and picnic bench are provided and you can buy a fire kit or just some logs from the country store on site.

As well as your own composting loo you have use of the communal hot showers and washing up station.

Greener Camping Club

Wren sits in a truly beautiful setting, next to the SSSI woodland.  The tent is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one has a double bed and another has a double bed with a bunk bed over.  There is a kitchen area with everything you need for a group of five,  and somewhere to sit and relax. You will have your own loo and shower too.  Outside there is a deck where you can sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch whilst listening to the wildlife.  There is a fire pit and camp chairs for toasting marshmallows or cooking up a feast.

Wren Safari Tent

​Thistle Bell Tent sleeps up to 4 people and is perfect for those wanting to get away but don't want the hassle of putting up a tent! We have added a double bed and 2 single futon beds. (you will need to provide your own bedding).  

Thistle gets the best of the morning and evening sun which you can enjoy from the picnic bench provided. 

A fire ring is provided and you can buy a fire starter kit or just some logs from the country store on site.

As well as your own composting loo you have use of the communal hot showers and washing up station.

Thistle is near the bottom of our site and the walk to the top is on an incline, nothing major but worth mentioning.

Thistle Naked Bell Tent

Our camping field is kept natural with long grass in between pitches with plenty of space for kids young and old to run about and play. Each pitch comes with its own fire ring, fire starting kits, logs and camping fuel are all available to buy from the country store on site.

​There are hot showers and composting loos as well as a hot water washing up station available. Drinking water is available at the washing up station as well as at various areas around the site.

Please note our camping field is on a slope, it is not extreme but it is worth mentioning.

Grass Pitch 

​Bramble is a 5 metre cotton canvas bell tent.  It's furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful sleep and two single futon beds. Side tables, a dressing table, and two directors chairs are also included in our cosy retreat. 

You will have a private compost loo, hot shower (please bring your own towels), fire bowl with cooking and bbq attachments as well as a kitchen area with a camping stove.  All the equipment you need for cooking, eating and drinking is included to shorten your packing list.  We also have a picnic table available for your enjoyment.

All of this is in a secluded area of our 6 acre campsite.

There is a farm shop on site selling local produce, take away snacks, hot drinks and alcohol so you will be well catered for.  If you don't fancy cooking then Cranbrook's pubs, restaurants and cafes are a 20 minute walk away along a footpath.

Bramble is tucked away at the bottom of our site just beyond the camping field fortified by surrounding trees. There is a slope up to the entrance.

No smoking inside.

Nettle is a 5 metre cotton canvas bell tent. This year it is furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful sleep and two single futon beds. Hello and welcome to Star Field Glamping and Camping at Charity Farm, a family run glamping and campsite based on a working farm in Cranbrook, Kent.

If you're looking for a simple off-grid country retreat to enjoy a well-earned break with a clear view of the night sky, then we've got a pitch for you. If you fancy something a little more glamorous, we've got you covered as well. 

Please note that there is a compulsory fee of £12 for the Greener Camping Club which has to be added to every booking.

   Surrounded by gorgeously green views over the Kent countryside and with no nippers to pierce the peaceful vibe… folk seeking a properly restful rural time have hit on a 'royally' fine spot at adults-only Kings Oak Farm with our rare breed cattle some of which come to us directly from the Queens estate in Balmoral.

This is a splendidly spacious site, part of a working farm that extends out over 80 acres with huge mown grass caravan pitches (a small number may require the odd levelling board for those who require spirit level accuracy). The site is accessed via a coded gate and surrounded by yet more farmland.
    Folk travelling here can be assured of our superb facilities with our newly installed shower and toilet unit as well as another separate toilet unit, we also have mains electricity hook ups on all our pitches and fresh water points on the pitches overlooking our beautiful fields and countryside, fresh water is also available from our communal and Motorhome fill points. A special area for Chemical toilet disposal (cassette type only – Not suitable as a Motorhome drop point) is also available. 
    Chemicals, tent pegs and many other products sold at our shop facilities from our Sister farm at Roundoaks (3.2 miles away) or available from our Campsite manager at either site to help you with the items you may have forgotten. Friendly, ********well-behaved dogs are welcome but they'll need to be **kept on a lead at all times**********; there’s also the chance to book a farm tour and then you can get to know some of the resident animals while you’re on site from our cute lambs, to the bigger residents 'The Captain' and 'The Prince of Balmoral' just two of our many bulls. **Please note:** this is a working farm and the residents will only see visitors by appointment **WITH one of our staff present** or they may get upset!

The creatures in question are the rare-breed cattle and sheep that graze in the surrounding fields; home-reared beef and lamb, plus local pork sausages, bacon and eggs can all be bought on site. Sounds like just the thing for a barbecue? Fine plan – grills are permitted as long as they’re kept off the ground and you can pre-book blocks for this from our Campsite manager anytime during your stay. Any other bits you need to finish your meal can be picked up at shops in Sutton Valence, Headcorn or Lenham (7miles), within approx a 10-minute drive (you might also like to consider sticking around for pub dinners or a cuppa in the cafés of the villages too).

Please note that the **use of drones is not permitted** at this site.
