Strathclyde Country Park

Strathclyde nation Park 400 hectares of countryside into the valley of the River Clyde surrounding Strathclyde Loch whilst the point that is focal water and land based activities and including a miniature train to ride. The watersports centre at the Loch provides enthusiasts and amateurs plenty of water-based fun including rowing, windsurfing, dinghy cruising, canoeing, water ski-ing, pedalos, bumper boats, motorboat trips, wavebobs and canadian canoes. If you want to stay dry, you can find football pitches, jogging songs, coarse angling allows readily available for the loch, streams and ponds, horse riding allows available for 7 miles of bridle paths, wayfaring and competitive orienteering - 3 different courses, x-country running, hill bikes for hire, and plenty of walks to enjoy. Children may also love the miniature train and also the childrens play area.
