​All our Bell Tents are decked out in funky vintage and retro wares, fully carpeted with coir matting and have a massive 5m footprint.

​Perfect for families, each tent can comfortably sleep up to 6, with two double futons and two fab foldout foam beds. Or, for those looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, why not come and stay for a nice chilled out weekend with your partner and enjoy a few nights under canvas? 

These tents also boast a porch area! Hazel, Spindle and Maple are pitched on the grass at the top of the upper (car free) meadow.

Bernie & Ronnie are our fab converted railway good wagons. After a hard life running the railways of East Anglia, Ronnie and Bernie have now settled down here at Whitlingham and are waiting to welcome you.

Both carriages provide sleeping for up to 4 and have their own private decking area with a hammock and fire pit for maximum relaxation.

Please note that this accmmodation caters for 2 adults and 2 children.

Lola, our fabulous Shepherds Hut offers all the joys of the great outdoors whilst still keeping some of your home comforts.

​Whether you are flinging open the double doors open to embrace the summer sunshine or cosying up around the log burner, a stay in Lola is the perfect way to enjoy Norwich and the Broads.

Our pitches are spread across the upper and lower meadow, both situated just a few minutes walk from the Whitlingham Broad Visitor Centre and cafe, with all the walks, activities and peaceful hideaways the Country Park has to offer.

The Upper Meadow is a car free haven with great views across the Country Park to the Broad. Parking is a few metres from the pitches and we provide specialised luggage transportation devices; which look a little like customised wheel barrows! There is also an access track for dropping kit off.

Upper Meadow (Non-Electric Grass Pitch)

Our pitches are spread across the upper and lower meadow, both situated just a few minutes walk from the Whitlingham Broad Visitor Centre and cafe, with all the walks, activities and peaceful hideaways the Country Park has to offer. ​The lower meadow accommodates tents, camper-vans & small motorhomes (no caravans or large trailer tents).
If you prefer to have your car next to your tent the Lower Meadow can accommodate one car.

Lower Meadow (Non-Electric Grass Pitch)

Welcome to the wonderful Whitlingham Yurt, inspired by traditional Mongolian yurts but with a few twists to adapt it to our climate and add some touches of luxury.

Our yurt has a 6m footprint and comes fully furnished with a solid wood double bed including bedding, two comfy double futons and a cosy wood burner. 

Sleeps a family of up to 6 people (max 4 adults and children), or 4 adults in comfort

Brand new for 2021, our bespoke designed woodland cabins are nestled in the wooded valley side of our campsite, raised up from the forest floor offering wonderful open views across the camping meadows down to the broad at the front, and historic, private woodland on the other 3 sides.

Each den sleeps up to 4 people, with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor, and comfortable, pull out beds in the living area.

Flint and Chalk woodland dens have their own balcony, decking area and private woodland glade complete with fire-pit, BBQ, seating and hammocks. You can simply relax and enjoy being immersed in the woodland.

**Site Rules:**

- BBQ's must be at least waist height.

- Please use water onsite responsibly as all waste has to be tankered offsite.

- Fires are only permitted in designated areas.

- No amplified music.

- Dog are to be kept quiet and on leads at all times.

- Please use the dog waste bin provided.

- Noise levels must be lowered at 21:00 and totally quiet by 22:00 so as not to disturb your neighbours.

The interior has been fully renovated with modern comforts, there is a king-size bed and a small double sofa bed. the kitchen comes with all the pots and pans, plates and cutlery, there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and a cooking hob. outside you will have use of the communal BBQ area which also has a pizza oven. and of course, you get used of the large purpose-built firepit area

Quiet and friendly site near the banks of the river Chet in Loddon.
On the edge of the Norfolk Broads, a half-hour drive from the coast.
Boat moorings, slipway and river fishing on site.
From vineyards and local mills to nosing around Norwich, there are all sorts of things to do from Loddon Campsite and Marina. This peaceful and friendly site in the Norfolk village of Loddon is near the banks of the river Chet and there’s no shortage of handy things around either, including pubs, shops and an excellent chippy within a short walk of the site.

The riverside setting is key here: guests have access to the water with moorings, a slipway for boats and space for fishing (for carp, tench, roach and perch, if you were wondering for what exactly). You’ll need to keep a good hold of your catch though, as there’s a resident heron on site that probably wouldn’t mind sharing in the spoils…

This is a handy spot for getting out and about in the Norfolk countryside: there are walks along the river just by the site or hire boats for a cruise along to the Norfolk Broads. Alternatively, head west to Norwich or east to the coast with a drive of half an hour or less. Dogs are welcome to join you on trips here, but must be kept on a lead.

Then you will find combination courses where you are able to take to all of them if all of those sound intriguing. Then there are many classes (beginners/intermediate and advanced) that they'll get stuck into.If you don't fancy stepping into the water do not worry as there are numerous activities on land too in case the little one gets hooked. Launch your kids internal Robin Hood with archery, test the scenery that is stunning a bike trip or why don't you provide climbing a go? There's something for the family that is entire this activity centre, therefore pack your bags, jump to the vehicle and acquire back to nature!
