A camper van pitch includes one person.
Vans are restricted to the top two fields in the site by a steep drop, but ottherwise you can put your van with your friends or find a quite spot just for you.
we don't have hard standidng or eletric hook up. On arrival come and see us at center camp, and we can help you find the perfect spot.

Bell tents are suitablle for a family of 4 (or 5 of they are still young)
They can be pitched with your friends in other bell tents, their own tents or with campervans. or we can find you a private spot.
You can also hire bedding kits if you are new to camping or just want more space in your car.

We are delighted to be working with Beau & Bell on our stunning site situated in the West Sussex Countryside of Balcombe. 

​With just 10 bell tents and 1 tepee our site is small and peaceful. We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by plenty of National Trust Gardens, Pubs, a Water Sport's Center and much more. 

All Beau & Bell tents have fully made up beds, soft matting and furnishing making for a restful stay within the Countryside.
