Spring Farm Campsite is a small site in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, perfect for campers wanting a friendly, simple camping experience. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the local wildlife, falling asleep to the hooting of owls and waking to birdsong. If you enjoy a spot of fishing, bring your rod as we have a small pond freshly stocked with coarse fish. 

Common sights around the campsite include a moorhen family, Muntjac deer, Barn owls and an array of other bird life. A local pub, convenience store and cafe are all a short walk or drive away in the village of Shipdham.

Located about 5 miles south of Dereham, we are perfectly situated for those wanting to use us as a base for day trips to the North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, The Broads, the fine city of Norwich, numerous attractive  market towns, National Trust sites, RSPB reserves and other wildlife attractions. Alternatively, walkers and cyclists can explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside using the miles of country lanes and bridleways, which are on the doorstep of Spring Farm Campsite.

Spring Farm Campsite is a small, quiet campsite in the heart of Norfolk. A small onsite fishing pond. Tents and motorhomes welcome.

Spring Farm Campsite

We have 8 camping pods available for hire. Ideal for those who love the great outdoors but like a few home comforts. In addition to basic Pod fittings of curtains, blinds, lights, an electric heater and sockets, our pods are equipped with a double bed and sofa bed so they can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

A Freeview television, small fridge, microwave and a kettle are also provided. All you need to do is arrive with your own bedding and cooking equipment. There is a picnic bench and barbecue area in close proximity to each pod. The pods are situated in their own area and are close to the main facility 
block which has toilets, showers, a laundry with dryer, indoor and outdoor washing up areas, disabled shower/toilet and a family bathroom. There is also a small shop on site that sells basic supplies. Available all year round, the pods offer the answer to those of you who wish to camp in comfort and warmth throughout the year.

Two Bedroom Lodge

Set in ten acres of very attractive mature parkland in the village of North Runcton near **Kings Lynn**, is the excellent **Kings Lynn Caravan and Camping Park**; a five star campsite boasting an enviable position in the lovely county of **Norfolk**.  It is a lovely spot and ideal for exploring **Norfolk** and the **Fens** - both areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - and is also the closest campsite to the historic port and market town of Kings Lynn.

The Park is very well laid out over three fields with ancient trees, shrubs and hedgerow providing a good amount of shelter.  The spacious and well maintained pitches sit on level ground and can accommodate tents, vans, motorhomes and caravans.  There is a choice of grass or hardstanding pitches and electric hook-ups are available.  If you are looking for a **glamping** alternative, then you can hire out one of their **luxurious log pods**; perfect for those who love the great outdoors but prefer a few home comforts!  The heated pods are well equipped with a double bed and sofa bed, TV, microwave, and kettle, so you only need to bring along pots, pans and bedding.  The pods are set in their own area with nearby picnic benches and a BBQ for outdoor dining.  In addition to the pods, there are several eco lodges (two or three bedroomed), which have their own bathroom and toilet, washing machine, TV, electric oven, fridge freezer - and pretty much everything else you would expect in self catering accommodation.  They also have their own private decking area outside.

The camping pitches and the pods share two excellent eco-friendly amenities blocks, which are kept spotlessly clean, are heated, and have very good disabled facilities, as well as a family room with baby changing.  There is also a chemical disposal point, a washing-up area, drinking water points around the site and a laundry room.  At reception there is a good shop for any essentials, plus loads of leaflets from the local tourist information about what’s on in the area, where to explore and what to see nearby.

The campsite is just a stone’s throw from Norfolk's lovely north coast and the seaside towns of Hunstanton, Brancaster, Thornham and - further along the coast - **Wells-next-the-sea**.  Just past Wells is **Blakeney Point Nature Reserve**, where you can see England’s largest grey seal colony; book one of the local ferry trips from **Morston Quay** to get closer to the seals in their natural environment, it’s quite a sight.  For a day on the beach then you are spoilt for choice; Norfolk has some of the best beaches in England -  including **Holkham** beach which was recently voted “Best Beach in the UK” in a survey of travel writers - as well as many nature reserves and RSPB reserves.  Inland, there are numerous National Trust and English Heritage properties to explore, Sandringham, and quaint market towns like Burnham Market, Swaffham and Fakenham.

**Kings Lynn Caravan and Camping Park** is an absolutely lovely campsite, with glamping and camping options to suit everyone and in the perfect location to explore all of Norfolk’s wonderful attractions.

Following our success in 2020 with our luxury mobile glamping services, we are so happy to be adding to our brand with our luxury Glamping site in South Norfolk.
Our aim is to continue the high standards, luxury experience and bespoke finishing touches which we have become known for and, our clients, rightly expect from us.

Our site is set on a beautiful and bustling working farm in Great Ellingham on Watton Road which services farm and other traffic at various times of the day. Due to our location guests should expect that there will be a certain amount of activity around the site which can generate some noise but we hope this doesn’t impact on your enjoyment.

Our site has five luxury heated bell tent pitches, complete with an optional private wood fired hot tubs, allowing all our guests as much privacy as possible. Our aim is to give each and every guest a unique experience and we hope that our additional options will help us tailor each stay to your personal requirements. We are hoping to encourage those who have never spent a night under canvas to ‘give it try’ and hopefully be pleasantly surprised!

We welcome you to their small but immaculate caravan park situated on the edge of the historic market town of Swaffham with its shops, pubs and restaurants all within a ten minute walk away. Licensed for caravans, motorhomes and tents, the park is open all year. Dogs are welcome and there is a dog walk adjacent to the park.

Anglia Karting Centre is an circuit that is outdoor a general length of 1030 metres. First of all all young children need to be 8yrs old with no older than 16yrs old. You might also need to be over 4ft 4 in height. Each child has no more than 6 classes to pass through the course also to get a license that is unique Anglia Karting. You need to do 5 out from the 6 classes to pass through. Arrive and Drive gets alot cheaper when they're qualified! Minimal age of 8 years 4ft and old 4 in height.

Gooderstone Water Gardens & Nature tracks will blow the youngsters away along with its breathtaking and design that is imaginative. There are many paths which are interesting tracks to explore, with bridges throughout the streams. The gardens have four ponds, numerous waterways and a trout flow that is natural. There is a bird hide that will help you and the kids find some buddies that are feathered make sure you all keep an eye out for kingfishers particularly! The bridges are numbered to assist you find your way around and there are many benches over the real method in order to stop for a rest, or perhaps to enjoy the scenery. You can find various plants to see through the entire, with a number of smells and tints to appreciate 12 months. The waterways are obvious so the small children should be able to see plenty of seafood swimming about and all sorts of sorts of wildlife throughout. Enough space for the young kids to run around or even to have a picnic. Dogs are welcome in order to also bring the family pooch if they are continued the lead.
