Switch off and unwind in our luxury safari tents located in their very own meadow on our 350 acre farm. Each safari tent is fully equipped with everything you would need to relax and leave behind the daily treadmill of life.

A safe place for the family to run free and play, build dens, toast marshmallows, walks through the countryside, stopping off at a pub to indulge in some local fare. Of an evening star gaze, snuggle up with a good book in front of a log burner.

This stunning 14th century church is the sole survivor of the lost village of Wolfhampcote, which lies buried to the north. Its tough exterior conceals an orderly and serene interior; limewashed walls scatter light from huge windows on the church’s treasures including a beautifully carved fourteenth-century screen and stunning beamed roof.

Fully furnished Yurt with a double futon and 2 memory foam single mattresses, as well as plenty of blankets, cushions, rugs and other items of furniture, making you feel right at home. Please bring duvet/sleeping bag, a pillow and towel. It is important you bring a duvet or sleeping bag that is adequate for night time temperatures as It can be cold overnight (especially in springtime).
Welcome basket of food, including some essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.
Logs, kindling, firelighters, everything you need for a warm, cracking campfire.
Double burner gas stove outside in the roofed kitchen area with pots and pans etc..
A  raised fire-pit and cooking grill to enjoy some rustic campfire cooking.

- The pitches vary in shape as some are oval, some are circular.  

- Every pitch has a sunken fire pit approximatley 1.0m across and between 1.0 to 1.5m from the edge of the pitch.

- You can’t take a vehicle of any kind to pitch, this includes trailers and motorbikes. We have a supply of wheel barrows for you to borrow to move stuff to your pitch.  This makes the meadows a lot quieter, no car doors slamming and no headlights or indicators flashing late at night and it’s safer for the little ones.

For adults only and set at the end of our orchard, the Shepherd’s hut has been designed for those who truly want a comfortable camping trip. 

The hut sleeps up to 2 adults in a double bed. There is a wood burning stove inside the hut to keep you warm and comfortable whatever the weather, complete with solar lighting, within the hut. We provide logs, kindling, fire lighters and matches.

Oversized Pitch (14m Diameter)

- You will receive a welcome basket, including all the essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

- At this accommodation you will be complimented with your own private kitchen area, a gas stove with a double burner, grill, a Belfast sink with running drinking water and all the pots pans and cutlery you will need to prepare some good camping dinners. 

- Outside you also have a raised fire pit with grill and provided logs kindling, fire lighters and matches so you can either enjoy some traditional camp cooking or just sit back, relax and take in the sunset over a campfire.  

- The yurt now even has electric sockets and it's own mini fridge.

Campsite pitches are level mown grass with electric hookups, no tents.

The cottage accommodation is all on the ground floor with the front door opening into a small hall which leads into the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. Electric storage heaters are provided in each room, together with additional heaters for added warmth.

Outside there is a small outside sitting area with uninterrupted views across the fields and delightful walks to the village of Clifford Chambers.

 A zip and link bed gives the option of a king-sized bed or twin beds.

This picturesque country park on foot or in your bike at Ryton Pools Country Park explore. Surfaced paths allow it to be simple! Feed the ducks at Ryton Pool, play games on the picnic meadow and melt away some more energy on the two play areas.If you still want more, then build a den into the youngsters' Wood and possess your lunch inside?then the ancient Ryton Wood is looking forward to one to explore, therefore don't forget your binoculars (as well as your wellies if it is damp!)!Also play to your Visitor Centre and talk to the friendly staff about getting involved in the exciting household activities if you're feeling adventurous.
