This new quirky lodge sleeps up to 5 people on a king size bed futons and a day bed that can extend to be a double bed.

The lodge has solar powered lighting and usb sockets for charging phones.

Pheasant Lodge

Owl yurt is a cosy 19ft yurt. it will sleep up to five people on a double bed,  futons  and daybed.

Fully furnished with a log burner for those cooler evenings it also has a table and chairs on its decking with a chimenea.

The sun will shine through the back door in the morning and the front door in the evening enjoying late evening sunsets on the decking.

Offers more seclusion being across a little stream, there is a little bridge leading back to the kitchen cabin and shower facilities.

Owl Yurt

Gorran is a one bedroom apartment off the first floor landing. The lounge look out over the East garden, and is beautiful in the early morning sunshine. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The apartment is formed from a Guest bedroom (the Living Room) and the Nanny’s bedroom (the current bedroom). This room was linked to the Children’s Nursery by the door at the rear of the bedroom which is now permanently locked.

Gorran - 1 bedroom

Fowey is a large apartment off the first floor landing. The main and twin bedrooms have windows overlooking the attractive east garden and catch the morning sun. For your comfort, the main bedroom has a king sized bed.  The living room is dual aspect, looking across the east lawn and with outstanding views over the south terrace to the village and valley beyond.

The apartment is formed from what was the Master’s Bedroom (the current Living Room) and two Guest Rooms (one of which was almost certainly used by William Makepeace Thackeray – the writer and satirist who wrote Vanity Fair.

Fowey - 2 bedrooms

Epphaven is a two bedroom apartment  which can sleep from 4 to 6 with extra beds.  It is reached from the first floor landing and has two spacious bedrooms; one double and one with twin singles that can accommodate an extra two single beds if needed. The bathroom, living room and double bedroom all have windows overlooking the western part of the garden and catch the afternoon and early evening sun

The apartment is formed from what were originally the children’s Nursery and their bedrooms. The size of the two bedrooms reflects this - during the 1840’s the Reverend Buller’s family managed to fill these rooms with 7 children.

Epphaven - 2 bedrooms 

One or two bedroom apartment (can sleep 2 or 4).

Daymer is a marvellous one or two bedroom apartment, accessed off the first floor landing. It has a bedroom with a magnificent king sized bed and an optional bedroom with twin singles. In the main summer season, we usually let this apartment as a family sized option with two bedrooms, but are happy to offer the one bedroom option outside of school holidays.  You really cannot beat the views from this apartment.  The lounge and bedrooms benefit from superb views over the south garden, swimming pool, village and valley beyond. The double bedroom is dual aspect with a second window facing west, catching the evening sunset.

The apartment was formed from what was the Ladies Bedroom and what might have been a Bathroom or a Receiving Room (a Boudoir). The kitchen and bathroom fill the space previously occupied by the very grand, central staircase and the entrance hall is a part of the gallery that used to surround this large open well, lit by a very large skylight (or clerestory).

Daymer - 2 bedrooms

Caerhays is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a double bedroom offering a king sized bed. There is a kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath and a lounge that looks out onto the east garden and catches the morning sun. The apartment is on the ground floor and has oil fired central heating. It has a separate entrance from the courtyard car park (up two steps) and immediate access to the gardens.

Caerhays - 1 bedroom

Heligan is a large two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It has a more cottage character and enjoys extensive views to the south and west over the valley and toward the coast. An extra 14 steps to climb – but on a clear day you can see for miles! The apartment has one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds.  The kitchen has plenty of room to prepare meals whilst feeling part of the family activity in the lounge to which it is intimately connected.

Amanda and Allan would like to welcome you to Enchanted Valley Yurts nestled under the Giants Hedge near Looe in Cornwall. 
We discovered this magical valley nine years ago and since then have been on a path to share the magic with guests who would like to stay in our beautiful Mongolian Yurt and our new quirky Pheasant Lodge
The Yurt and Lodge are insulated and have log burning stoves making them warm and cosy after a leisurely day around the camp or exploring Cornish coves and picturesque fishing villages. 
The campsite is set in fields managed for wildlife on our small farm, home to our little herd of woolly llamas, horses, and chickens.
