Argoed Barns

Argoed Barns is a collection of four different types of luxury accommodation primarily, but not exclusively for couples and dog lovers. It is nestled on the side of a hill with stunning panoramic views of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. Accommodation comprises a self-contained converted barn holiday cottage which can sleep 4/5 people in two bedrooms and welcomes up to three dogs. The Shepherd's Hut is ideal for a couple; It has its own integrated wet room and private hot tub with a continental hamper breakfast delivered to your door each morning. Cooking facilities are limited to a barbecue/pizza oven.
Tucked away in opposite corners of the field, you will find our two luxury camping pods with their own private facilities. Seren Bach (meaning Little Star in Welsh) and Seren Mawr (Big Star) both have a huge 5m wide window to capitalise on the breathtaking views. There is nothing better than returning at the end of a day in the hills to relax with a glass of bubbly in your own hot tub and admire the night sky for which the Brecon Beacons has justly earned its Dark Sky Reserve status. These are perfect (dog friendly) hideaways for a special romantic break or for those needing a digital detox.
