The granary and hayloft cottages both feature 2 bedrooms, both with 2 extra-large super comfy single beds in each and adjoining on-suite luxury tiled bathrooms. Full of quaint furnishings and original beautiful features the Granary and Hayloft are designed for socializing with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

The living areas have large exposed original beams and full height ceilings giving a real sense of space whilst the exposed brick walls ooze comfort and cosiness. The kitchens are solid wood and brick units fitted with a fridge freezer and full over/hob along with all of your common cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery.

Granary And Hayloft Cottages

Each accommodation area includes/features a stylish rustic/chubby chic interior with a large rustic timber double bed, a large sofa with throws, bedside tables or cabinets.

Each features a blanket box or chest.

For the colder days/nights there is a log burner and home comforts include a TV, lighting and of course all bedding.

These 3 beautiful quaint cottages are all prior farm buildings that were in full use during the farming heydays of Field farm. Looking around each cottage you will find many unique features including exposed beams, full height ceilings, recycled light fittings, exposed brickwork and much more. These are a home with luxurious fittings and furniture.

A cosy furnished wooden pod (5m x 3m) that sleeps up to two. It is complete with a double bed, electricity, heater, cooking equipment, microwave and toaster. Outside, you'll find a table, chairs and a small chiminea. Shared facilities are nearby.

The ground is reasonably level & regularly mowed. We have a gravel drive onto the site with some hardstanding to be allocated on arrival.

Your young ones can take full advantage of our child-friendly play area. *. To be supervised at all times.

BBQs are allowed inside your pitch, but these MUST NOT be done on the grass. However, we are more than happy to provide bricks for you if you don't have a desired set-up.

We have fire extinguishers on site, but we still expect each caravan/motor home/tent to be equipped with their own.

There is a local garage a few doors down with petrol, diesel and some provisions.

The supermarkets nearby include Tesco, Lidl & Co-Op.

We also recommend the local butchers, especially for your BBQ's!


Plus, we strongly believe in making everyone feel welcome, so we have taken measures to create a disabled-friendly site.

We have a purpose-built ablution building including:

- Excellent toilet and shower facilities...
- An accessible and very spacious disabled toilet & shower room...
- Practical wash-up areas at the front of the building...
- Access to clean, fresh water...
- Chemical toilet disposal...
- And waste water emptying points...

Do the lot at Ingoldmells Southern Beach.this is certainly a beach that is sandy plenty to help keep your mini merpeople busy. With a bit of help from professionals - and maybe a jumper artfully draped over your arms - have a crack at cruising. Water babies can paddle within the shallows or have actually a swim that is properly splashy the sea.The promenade will be the perfect spot to do exactly what it claims regarding the tin - promenade! Oh, together with city that is nearest to your coastline is Skegness.
