Little Egret is a stroll that is quick from Padstow harbour, restaurants, pubs and shops. The Camel Trail runs alongside the estuary and it is exceptional for biking and walking to Wadebridge and Bodmin, whilst enjoying the scenery that is gorgeous. Be aware of Little Egrets!! Beautiful sandy beaches and seaside paths are within effortless reach and also the Championship golf course at Trevose is four kilometers away.The spacious sitting/dining available plan area, has stunning views associated with estuary. The home is very tastefully furnished and provides Wi-fi, large screen that is flat with Sky and Sky Sports, DVD player, ipod docking station,digital radio, and CD player. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs and a dining table and seats seating 8. A selection that is great of, games and DVD's are there for you yourself to enjoy. Bi-fold doorways available onto an patio that is considerable with patio furniture. Enjoy fresco that is al whilst admiring the breathtaking views and viewing the watersports on the estuary!There are four bedrooms, 1 kingsize with ensuite shower room. I kingsize bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bunk room, a family restroom and a shower room that is 2nd. All bedrooms have actually a screen that is flat and a hairdryer, the ensuite Kingsize and the twin bedded room also have DVD players. The completely fitted, well prepared kitchen has lots of space for storing and there's a fridge freezer, dishwasher, dual oven, microwave, gas hob with 5 bands including a wok band, automatic washer and tumble dryer. French doors lead from the home to an extremely big enclosed garden with a timber decked area, patio furniture, BBQ, sun loungers and a hot and cool shower.There that is outside parking for just two cars regarding the front drive with additional road side parking if required. The garage can be acquired for saving bicycles, wetsuits etc. Fun yard games are supplied badminton that is including boules, yard dominoes and bats and balls. Home bedding and towels are included please bring your own beach towels.Gas and electricity are included.Sorry, Little Egret does not accept pets and operates a no smoking policy.Changeover day is Saturday but there is freedom out of period for week and breaks that are quick.
