Our holiday cottage farmhouse is a unique, rustic, traditional Welsh property on our working farm and the views over the Pembrokeshire coastline have to be amongst the best in the world! Sleeping up to 11, our property can offer an affordable holiday with your family, friends or colleagues. You can walk out of your door onto the Wales Coast Path and down to the stunning Ceibwr Bay and then on to the mythical ‘Witches Cauldron‘. The magnificent coastline and caves can also often be explored by sit-on-top or traditional sea kayaks with Adventure Beyond. We offer a great location from which to start your relaxing or action packed holiday or short stay with road links to and from north, south and mid Wales.

Holiday Cottage Farmhouse

With this being a working farm, the livestock is rotated around the fields. Although we aim to always place you in a seaview field, on rare occasions this may not be possible due to this rotation.  Please ask on booking as to the rotation of stock during your visit.

We allow fires around the camp, just ask for a fire bowl if you haven’t been provided with one already. This is for the safety of the animals and other campers on the farm.

We have 2 tent pitches (These are just in a field, which ever field the animals are not grazing) They are not totally level and flat, they are not restricted in size as such, and the grass is not cut short, it is eaten only). Once you arrive, we will show you to your own little area where you can pitch up and settle in for your stay with us.

Looking for something different? Something quirky? Well, here it is! This is a very unique place that sleeps up to four. It’s a prior fisherman’s loft renovated to be a little more comfortable but similar to what it once was. Step back in time with an old oil lamp on the table and a bed high In the rafters looking out over the Pembrokshire coast and the Preseli hills. One to definitely write home about!!

The Loft

This is a very basic bunk house for either the adventurer or for those on a no-frills budget. If you’re only looking for somewhere to lay your head, a sofa to relax on and a place to make a cuppa then this is the place for you! Dry and avoid the tent being blown down.
The is a lounge area has table chairs. sofas, Bean bags, and space.
The kitchen which is part of the lounge area has a cooker, Toaster, Kettle, Sink, work surface, Fridge, Freezer, plenty of plates, cups, and all you need to make fun meals while away.

The Dining Area
We have cleared out one of the large barns on the farm to house tables and chairs for dining. So, you can still be comfortable whilst having your meals and head out of any rain, wind or sunshine there may be!

This is in the old dairy. The toilets are located in the milking stalls, sounds funny but true. This is a genuine farm experience!

The Bunk House 

Cardigan Bay Camping is a family-run working farm. On our 100-acre farm, we have a mix of Hereford and Highland cattle and a flock of sheep. They are not the most talkative of neighbours but they are friendly enough. The cows and sheep are a treat for the kids to spot from a distance.

Our farm has coastal views overlooking beautiful Cardigan Bay. To the south, there are spectacular views of the Preseli Hills, an occasional flash from Strumble Head Lighthouse, and a simply stunning sunset.

Here, with your friends and family you can enjoy the best of relaxing back-to-basics coastal country life with its sights and sounds; explore the area by day and sit around a warming campfire by night.

We’re a 25-minute walk inland from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path part of the famous 970-mile long Wales Coast Path and just a short distance away from a whole host of historic & leisure attractions. Just follow the footpath up through the winding valley from Ceibwr Beach into the woodland and up the hill until you find us.

We have a variety of accommodation options available to suit all types and group sizes. We have family-friendly accommodation and accommodation for friends, hen-do’s and stag-do’s, and youth groups – including schools, Scouts and Cadet forces.

Cardigan Bay Camping

Off the grid cabin experience, close to nature, a truly great getaway from our techy world.

The cabin sleeps up to 4, (a fifth can sleep on a camping mattress), It has its own woodburner, a double bed and two singles, great views across the countryside and hills.

Set on the edge of the field, the sunniest spot on the site. Over the last couple of years this unique cabin, once a drumming studio, has been refurbished, with new cladding, lots of work, including a large new porch area to sit and look at the views, or cook undercover.

The log cabin is very well insulated so warm in winter and cool in summer, it has been re clad with local timber and the recycled furniture is high quality and comfortable (apart from new high grade mattresses). There’s a three piece cottage suite to sit and relax being warmed by the log fire. Also a solar pv lighting system so off the grid means you are not left in the dark…It now has a separate kitchen area to prep and keep all your food, but as your on holiday you can always order a takeaway, Indian, kebab or pizza?

The cabin overlooks the Preselli Mountains which over to the West join the sea and the famous Pembrokeshire coast. There’s not only unspoilt countryside or beaches for walking or just enjoying, there’s lots to do including dolphin and seal spotting, horse riding, coasteering, or just mooching around local towns including the historic Cardigan market town and Castle.

Preseli Log Cabin

Designed for two it has its own kitchen, dining and bedroom areas, also toilet. The wood burning stove makes it ideal for romantic retreats and winter breaks alike. It has all the comforts with a solar powered lighting system and small gas stove. The shower is a walk away through the small wooded lane. The outside seating area is snuggled between the horsebox and a wildlife area with pond. There is also an outside firepit and BBQ stove.

Pets are welcome on our site, however please note that only one dog in lorry and only allowed in the porch area.

North Lodge is sited on a south facing gentle slope overlooking the beautiful Preselli Hills of the Pembrokeshire National Coast Park. We have 4.5 acres for visitors to enjoy. There is plenty to do in the area all year round and we offer short weekend or long stay breaks, throughout the seasons, including a Christmas winter retreat.

Close by there are woodland, hill, and coastal walks, beaches, cycle routes, water and horse riding activities. Near to Cardigan Bay, for dolphin and seal trips, and Newport for fine dining and views... Lots of attractions and things to do: Castle Henllys medieval village, Wales Wildlife Centre, Cenarth Falls and Coracle Centre, Shire Horse Farm, Boat trips and kayaking, Castles and standing stones, events and festivals right through the year.

North Lodges, cabin in the old orchard, its own private space. Off the grid cabin experience, a great holiday retreat, after exploring the beautiful North Pembrokeshire area come back for a warm and relaxing night.

The cabin sleeps up to 4, (a fifth can sleep on a camping mattress), It has its own woodburner, a double bed and daybed that extends for a double/two singles, great views across the countryside and the Preseli Mountains.

Following on from the success of Preseli Cabin, the damson cabin idea started with the great winds of 2013/14 when one of the only remaining trees in the orchard a damson tree was felled by the wind, why not put a cabin in its place? Since its erection in early February 2014, this ex display rather tired leaky cabin has been lovingly restored and weatherproofed, using local or sustainable products and furniture, including a beautiful vintage bed. Decorated with colours reflecting calm and relaxation, out of the two cabins it has been described by visitors as the more romantic. But it also lends itself to groups with the non campers staying in the cabin whilst their camping friends pitch up in the orchard.

The cabin also has a firepit and its own kitchen for food preparation and cooking undercover.

Damson Log Cabin

For traditional camping, enjoying the unspoilt wildness, and at night star gazing or sitting around the campfire. Bring your own camping gear or take it easy in a log cabin or quirky comfy horse lorry - whichever option you go for, views over the Preseli Hills come as standard. North Lodge is a smallholding in a gorgeously remote part of Pembrokeshire, yet only ten minutes from lots of good beaches, the coastal path and things to do.

Ideal for family holidays, walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, or couples just looking to escape into the country. The pitches, cabins and lorry are laid out with long grass and hedge areas for minimum overcrowding and maximum privacy. Group bookings are welcome; and canine campers can come along too.

Non-Electric Grass Pitch

Coedmor is well situated to get the most out of your time in West Wales. The site itself borders on the Coedmor National Nature Reserve, and is a short distance away from the River Teifi - making it an ideal place for a getaway enveloped in nature, You might be lucky to see owls, woodpeckers, red kites, or badgers during your stay.

The large pitch sizes mean that there's more than enough room for families, with the designated parking area, enabling children and adults to run around and have fun safely. The meadow location, with no light pollution makes it a perfect place for stargazers to view annual events such as the Perseids Meteor Shower. Coedmor is a great place for walkers too; there are numerous walks around the local area, and plenty within a stone's throw of the site!

The woods are perfect for spotting wildlife or simply getting away from it all and enjoying the natural world.

There's nothing quite like coming back to your pitch or bell tent after a busy day of exploring the local area and getting a campfire going, chilling out at sunset to take in stunning views of the night sky that we get here at Coedmor Camping.

​We also have farm animals for you to meet, a treat for adults and kids alike! We have Coco and Zara, our donkeys, Bill and Ben the pygmy goats, Sunny and Luna our goats, Boi and our other pet lambs too. Come and say hello!

This light and spacious boutique surfer style unit sleeps up to four people, has a studio layout with two double sofa beds. Fishguard Bay Resort

The Hedgerow Hut 'Tiny House' is open plan, with an adventurous double bed on a deck, accessed by a ladder, where you can view the world through the glass front of the cabin. The deck also rises to make even more room. Two sofa beds are available if you don’t feel so nimble, or if you are a family of 3 or 4. There is a well equipped decent size kitchen area and a BBQ is available. Hedgerow Hut has a generous en-suite designed in.

As well as inside seats, there is ample outside seating, to enjoy that evening glass of wine or even the morning cuppa. A very quiet hideaway to do absolutely nothing or fully explore the natural beauty of our coastline, hills or the neolithic heritage of the blue stones. Come, unwind and be refreshed, soak in the views of the highest point in the Preseli Hills from your chair or even from bed! Hedgerow Hut is self-catering, however, breakfast can be booked by prior arrangement.

Did we mention the hot tub? Now imagine, your favourite drink, watching the sun go down and so little light pollution that you can watch the stars as they come out one by one.

Clover Fields Camping Pitch

Our brand new in 2021  ‘Skylark’ is ready for your holiday now! We have placed her right on the edge of the field for you, so you can sit at the breakfast bar while you gaze into Pembrokeshire  Coast National Park and watch the occasional fox wandering over the field as a red Kite circle, checking out a possible snack, and the swallows swoop and feast on bugs as you look over to the highest point in the Preseli Mountains.

Your kitchen is well fitted and thought out, you can bake it, boil it, BBQ it, grill it, chill it, fry it, or even microwave it!! All you need to do is bring your choice of food and drinks. Or dine Al-fresco around the BBQ /fire pit.

There is a double bed that rises out of the way in the daytime, giving you a snug dining area underneath and the 2 sofas double up as single beds with storage under them. There is something nice about snuggling up in a warm bed, after a day of exploring and being so close to nature. Skylark Shepherds Hut also has a comfortable en suite bathroom.

‘Brynhaul’ meaning ‘Sun Hill’ – Sits in full, panoramic view of Pembrokeshire’s highest point. We offer you this tranquil, mostly off-grid, clover field campsite, along with its two secluded Shepherds huts with exclusive hot tub as an optional extra. Here you can enjoy rural remoteness and yet be in easy reach of all of Pembrokeshire’s stunning coast, landscape and amenities. 

Welcome to the six and a half acres, with only 10 camping pitches, 3 hard standings for small campers and our 2 shepherds huts you are spoilt with plenty of space, to chill, explore or have as your adventure base.

Pembrokeshire is an outdoor instructor’s playground, with Canoeing, sailing, hiking, Climbing, Kayaking, Stand up Paddleboarding, Coasteering or just chilling, to mention a few.

For us, the priceless part is star gazing and sunsets – it is so dark here you feel the stars are in touching distance and the sunsets – we could probably photograph 100 or more a year!

Brynhaul Camping

Coedfryn Farm is a small farm site, 10 minutes drive from the town of Newport in Pembrokeshire. All pitches have their own firepit and dining area with firewood supplied. You'll have some friendly neighbours to get acquainted with during your stay in the form of alpacas, a couple of molly lambs, some pygmy goats and a little shetland pony!

Each pitch has its own campfire, BBQ, picnic table and sheltered kitchen area. There is a large barn with a gas BBQ and lots of space for eating under cover and food preparation.

Action back in time at Castell Henllys Iron Age Hill Fort, an original Iron Age hill fort recreated with fantastic reproduction Iron Age roundhouses, built directly on top associated with the excavated remains of a mountain that is existing, dating straight back 2,400 years.A Scheduled Ancient Monument, Castell Henllys is one of many prehistoric promontory forts in the nationwide Park dating to around 600BC, but the only one where you could really go inside a roundhouse and routine flour and also make bread just as the Celts used to!

Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail covers almost every sort of maritime landscape, from open beaches and sheltered coves, to winding estuaries and cliff that is rugged. If you truly love your buildings which are historic you'll absolutely enjoy on a daily basis at Cardigan Castle! The attraction is composed of a restored castle that is medieval Georgian household and 2 acres of landscaped grounds. Operating out of a riverside that is picturesque, the castle is a lovely spot to enjoy every day out. Fun fact: Cardigan Castle may be the birthplace of nationwide Eisteddfod. You will find loads more where this came from! With 900 years of history to be found during the castle, your children will learn many stories being fascinating the past. That knows, by the end regarding the day, history may have climbed towards the top of their favourite school subjects' list!When you're done exploring the castle, it is time to go outside and revel in the castle that is stunning. There are lots to do for younger visitors: from interactive games, including dress-up, to adventure trails and an play area that is on-site.

The Welsh Wildlife Centre is a spot that is great parents to create young ones, whether it is outside letting loose in the Adventure Enjoy Area and checking out the 4 Nature tracks; or inside doing activities in the Learning through Play area (with drawing, colouring and quizzes) or simply viewing Wildlife films or Live Webcams from Skomer area (home to Puffins) and Teifi Marshes outside.It's someplace too where families can definitely slow down, but have a great deal fun together; immersed in an unspoilt normal setting where you can find so many habitats to explore all in a single destination; on foot or by bicycle; and an ever changing variety of planned activities; both indoors and outside, including pond dipping, hearing bats, bird ringing and conference owls.And, by the belated Summer and very early Autumn, not merely will you be in a position to hire binoculars and explorer packages in order to make a lot more of your discovering, but an Osprey Platform, a giant Wicker Sculpture will be here too!Then after working up an appetite, relax with fabulous food, high up into the Glasshouse Cafe with stunning views throughout the nature book towards the river; or perhaps find a secluded spot for a picnic, maybe down by the river.Finally, on the way away, pop into the present shop, full of wildlife memories and things to help wildlife when you go back home.
