Sleeps 2 We hope we've thought of everything you'll need for a relaxing and refreshing short break and have provided everything we think is an essential plus some luxuries and also a range of extras that you might want. Everything we do is designed to have as small an impact on the local environment as possible and we’ll try and encourage our visitors to share this ethos and leave only footprints and take only memories. Outside you've all your own private 'glamping' facilities, from the compost loo and shower room to the safari kitchen as well as a barbeque and a firepit. **What's Included** Just bring yourself as we're providing all your bedding and towels, plus all the necessities for your stay. This includes your crockery and cutlery, plenty of free firewood for the fire pit. The safari kitchen has a two ring gas hob, a cool box to keep your food in as well as essential salt, pepper and oil - and of course a bottle opener! We've also put some games, books and a pack of cards in the Living Van in case you get bored of idling by the river. Whilst this is camping - we want it to be the most relaxing camping you'll ever experience. Torches and wellies recommended.
The Nut Plat Retreat is a holiday home from home for those who relish the idea of sleeping in the Great British Countryside in Ransoms or Bomford, our two bijou and boutique Living Vans or Finlay's Cabin our bespoke secluded wood cabin.
Each Living Van and our Cabin is set in its own private space here in the beautiful Kent Countryside. Visitors have their own separate kitchen, bathroom facilities, fire pit and a barbeque areas.
Our two lovingly restored historic living vans and bespoke wood cabin are kitted out to satisfy all your needs for a comfortable weekend break (or longer!) less than an hour from the centre of London.
Situated in a idyllic rural setting the hamlet of Roughway, Tonbridge is between Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone in Kent.
An ideal location for a holiday break to explore Kent. Perfect to either escape from London or as a base to visit London.
Alternatively, just put your feet up and enjoy a quiet rustic break in beautiful surroundings to get away from modern life!
