This peaceful Perranporth site is in properly prime position: it's set in spectacular Cornish countryside with first-rate views, and has easy access to Newquay and Truro as well as Perranporth. The nearest beach is a mere mile and a half away, and there's a pub/restaurant and shop in Goonhavern, half a mile away along a lovely leafy bridleway (there's also a play park and football field up here for kids who need a bit of a run about).

Reen Cross Campsite is a family-friendly park, welcoming families and couples only (and dogs, as long as they're well-behaved types and are kept on leads at all times while on site, ta). Pitches are large and well spaced out, on a flat camping field of around three acres, so there's plenty of room for the kids – and grownups – to play.

Among the amenities are chemical disposal and facilities for ice pack freezing; new shower, toilet and laundry/washing-up facilities were added in 2017. Barbecues are allowed if raised off the ground.

Reen Cross Caravan Park - A countryside stroll to where blue oceans roll.... Great holidays for great fiends, families and couples.

The site has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Perranporth is one and a half miles away with its selection of shops, pubs and restaraunts. The beach is a fabulous three miles of golden sands. Facing west this provides some spectacular sunsets. Best combined with your favourate tipple at the Watering Hole Beach Bar. The beach is patrolled by life guards in the summer season and is dog friendly. The village of Goonhavern is half a mile with a shop and post office. There is also a pub with a very good restaurant, garden center with Bay Tree Restaraunt and a childrens play park. 
On site there is also a laundry room and play area with space to play or relax. 
Reen Cross benifits from its proximity to the local foot path & bridleway network so there are plenty of countryside walks on hand. Many lead you to the coastal path or Perranporth and all thats on offer.
A great choice as a base to explore the delights of Cornwall.

Please note we do have free ranging chickens and ducks so dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on site. Limited availability for dog friendly tents and max 1 dog per tent. We do have a friendly poodle Betty who is always happy to be made a fuss of.
Due to our rural location we ask no noise after 10pm to respect our neighbours and other guests. You may have to locate your own tent depending on arrival time. Wood/charcoal for the firepit/BBQ is not supplied.

The Paddock Wild Camp has been lovingly put together by its friendly and well travelled owner Ren, from an overgrown field into a beautiful space offering guests a harmonious place to unwind and relax. 

Guests at Wild Paddock Camping can enjoy the tranquillity and natural beauty of the setting in an adults only off grid site, providing a truly peaceful and natural environment to relax and enjoy the Cornish countryside. Charging of smaller devices like phones and tablets are possible however, bigger items such as hair dryers aren’t supported.

There are many activities available; scenic walks and the many interesting and historical places that Cornwall has to offer. On the same street you will find the Lime House Yoga studio, and a variety of pubs and restaurants just a short distance away. For guests who enjoy cooking and BBQing you can prepare your own food in the lovely, equipped rustic kitchen. There’s a communal fire pit to relax around in the evening. Wood for the firepit can be purchased on site or feel free to bring your own

The Paddock Wild Camp  is the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to get away from it all and enjoy the outdoors, with the luxury of a well equipped, beautifully designed and decorated bell tents with access to warm showers.

...YHA Perranporth is a building that is cliff-side by really magnificent views across three kilometers of golden sands. YHA Perranporth is all about location! This small and friendly Cornish hostel is situated in a cliff-top that is stunning, with dazzling views for the Atlantic Ocean and two . 5 miles of sandy beach. Therefore, if surfing, cruising or sunbathing are your thing, or you want to just take a stroll along the beach or the South West Coast Path, YHA Perranporth bids the retreat.This that is perfect YHA offers very idyllic bases for wild camping in Cornwall. The camping area would work for starters or two tiny tents directly on the edge of the cliff that is 180ft very near the fence boundary. This pitch is not for the faint-hearted, but the views within the significantly more than make up for this early morning.

Perranporth Beach is a beach that is sandy stone swimming pools.Surfing, snorkelling, sailing, swimming and paddling are accommodated, but be vigilant as to the security flags, there are numerous color kinds in operation and they are well worth knowing as some suggest dangerous conditions!Please remember that the target is to get you near but may possibly not be properly there, please prepare your journey thoroughly and individually.

Our lessons start with 20 minutes of theory in our classroom on safety ,rips and equipment. Then you,re off surfing for 2 hours with our instructor and standing up by the time our instructor leaves you 2 hrs later. After this you can keep your surfboard and wetsuit for the rest of the day as we believe practice makes perfect.

What we do different to other schools
Well we only take out small groups (max 10) as large lessons just dont work , also we try and get similar ages and abilities going on the same lesson. Keeping your surfboard and wetsuit for the afternoon really help you progress.

We can do private lessons , one on one and cater for Stag / Hen partys and large groups.
