Offering 34 large pitches for families, couples and small groups. Dogs are welcome on Tom’s Field, but we do expect them to be well behaved and the owners to clean up after them. We welcome guests with tents and camper vans only, sorry no caravans or electric hook up.

We are a small, quiet, family orientated site and do not allow large loud groups to stay. In order for our guest to enjoy the beautiful peaceful surroundings we have a no noise after 11.30 pm policy, and no music at any time.

You will also be able to enjoy all the added benefits of staying at Toms Field where we are so proud of our excellent reputation. These are regularly cleaned facilities including flushing toilets and extra portaloo style toilets, hot showers and washing up sinks. Drinking water at numerous points in the field and food vans arriving on Saturday night, with a mobile community shop from Woodgreen coming Saturday and Sunday mornings with fresh pastries and all basic goods. There is power for charging and use of Fridge and freezer at Reception. When reception is open we are happy to give advice on walks, trips out, take away delivers and any other questions you may have. You will not be disappointed with the spectacular views and big sky that Tom's Field commands from its high vantage point.

Nettle Hut - The slightly smaller of the two huts, Nettle is 4.8m long and 1.9m wide, with a slightly smaller double bed (1.8 x 1.4m)

Nettle is furnished with a really comfy double bed, rugs, towels, table & two chairs, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, baskets, bedside cabinet, copper sink and water dispenser, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and, of course, a bottle opener.

Each hut has it's own fenced garden area with outside seating and fire pit. A starter pack of logs, kindling, and firelighters are provided.

Here at Greenfields we have two really comfy cosy B&B Shepherds huts; 'Thistle' and 'Nettle' these are fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away from it all. They both have their own small enclosed garden area, with table, chairs and firepit. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your hut each morning.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in the huts with you.

Greenfields is perfect for those who love the outdoors as much as we do, for fantastic walks & bike rides, beautiful wildlife and sitting around chatting over a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

In the summer season - July/August 2023 we also have four bell tents.
'Archie' and 'Paddy' are two 4m tents perfect for couples and 'Billy' and 'Nala' are two 5m family sized bell tents for up to 4 people. 

They are all furnished with beds, low tables and seating, rugs, crockery, cutlery, lighting, awning, outside seating, firepit etc... so you can just turn up, settle in and relax. We have a wonderful renovated barn called 'Armadillo' which has a full sized kitchen, communal fridge/freezer, comfy sofas, games, puzzles and books and even table tennis and table football.

Simply a 15 moment walk away, an extended stretch of this River Avon is reserved for visitors fly that is booking (15 April to 30 Sept) or coarse fishing (15 June to 15 March), which are often arranged in the farm. The river is also a location that is wonderful swim or paddle. Relax at tents or log cabins spread out on the forest flooring, with hammocks between the trees and a lot of light coming through the canopy. For the energetic, there\u2019s axe and archery throwing available across the wood. There\u2019s a paddock that is brand new the way to the rooms, and new pig pen and new goat pen play area, and rabbits too. Near the campsite is a woodland that is pretty, ideal for paddling or playing a leisurely game of Pooh sticks on your own glamping Hampshire farm holiday. Or check out fishing, and speak about one that got away at many a country pub that is cosy. Frogham\u2019s Foresters even has donkeys in the engine car park! For an back at the farm, you can find 4 campfires at Midgham to collect family and friends around night. The honesty shop is well stocked with everything you\u2019ll require from break fast to BBQ time, and has now an espresso device too.

Please note our tents lack electricity, although guests can access    electricity through areas which can be communal the sincerity shop. Lights within the tents are by candles or oil lamps.

Any food that you would like to book (breakfast hampers, bbq box, stew pot, etc)     at    an extra expense    could be booked online or on-site.

Explore the region:
Dogs are welcome all round but must certanly be kept on a lead at all times 12 months. This glamping Hampshire getaway is just a 10-minute drive from both the newest Forest Water Park and Somerley House, which offers varied fairs, festivals and tasks off the farm. The Go Ape treetop path at Moors Valley nation Park and also the children\u2019s play trail there was 9 kilometers far from Midgham Farm, and Paulton\u2019s Park theme park is simply 16 kilometers away. To obtain a glimpse for the past, Stonehenge is merely 22 miles away, and Salisbury, 13 miles.

Tom’s Field commands a stunning location close to the village of Godshill, 3 miles from the town of Fordingbridge. Please check our dates here. Godshill is a quiet village on the fringes of the New Forest where ponies, donkey’s and cattle all wander freely. We boast direct access and fantastic views. Footpaths and cycle routes are literally on our door step.

This year we are raising money in aid of Great Ormond St to bring you Peter Pan’s Neverland. “Fly” into Neverland, catch up with the Lost Boys, watch out for the ticking croc and try and make sure Captain Hook does not capture you otherwise you will be walking the plank!
We have a good few acres of PYO with sunflowers & sweet corn, highly photogenic wild flowers, as well as crafts to make, ice cream to eat and food to enjoy.
