This stunning church is huge yet cosy, and sits in a quiet spot overlooking patchwork green fields and the wide blue yonder. It’s unusual to find such an architectural masterpiece in a quiet country lane, just 12 miles north of Norwich and 20 miles from the Norfolk coast. St Michael the Archangel is in prime outdoorsy countryside, with plenty of ways for you to enjoy fresh air and excitement.

Eves Hill Farm’s camping site is the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk and an ideal place to spend some time if you enjoy walking, birdwatching, cycling, painting or simply the unspoilt countryside. We are also within walking distance of the picturesque market town of Reepham, with its superb selection of shops and places to eat and drink.
We welcome tents, caravans and motorhomes. (Sorry, but no children).

Hengrave Meadow is a quiet, adult-only retreat. However when a group books all three tents, giving exclusive use of the meadow, children* are welcome and can be added as an extra at the booking stage. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome per tent. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog with you.

You will have exclusive hire of our site with three luxury 5-meter Bell Tents. Each tent boasts coir matting, rugs ,wooden double bed and bedding, tables, chairs, battery lanterns.

Single airbeds and bedding for two children if required.

Your own under canvas basic cooking area with gas camping stove and charcoal barbecue and a selection of pot's ,pans and crockery for four, along with a picnic bench.

Private lockable shower and 'flushing' loo a short walk away in a new custom made shepherds hut (each shower/loo 2 meter x 1.5 meter)

Exclusive Site Hire

If you are looking for a unique campsite away from the hustle and bustle and 'busyness' of others then please do pay us a visit! I believe in offering spacious 'pick your own' pitches with not a tape measure in sight! You will be immersed in nature and will see brown hares, barn owls, marsh harriers, and wildflowers to name but a few. Many visitors also comment on the magic of the 'dark sky' ideal for star gazing.

​Please note we are a 'quiet site' and do not allow music on-site or noise after 9.30 p.m.

​In keeping with the surroundings, the wooden facilities shed offers 2 unisex flushing loos & sinks, 4 hot water showers, a private loo with sink, gents urinals & extra portable loos during peak times. Hot water washing-up area and local information board.

​It is possible to get WiFi/ 4G on site depending on your network. Because of the 'off-grid' location, we are unable to offer any electric hook but we do supply phone/tablet charging facilities provided by the silent generator which runs twice daily 7-10 am & 5.30-9 pm. We are currently working on replacing this with solar panels.....watch this space!

We have firepits available on-site for your own private use at no extra charge and kiln-dried log nets for sale at £5/bag. Please remember to bring cash as we do not have card payment facilities...also put aside a few spare pennies for a bag of toasting marshmallows!

Take a clifftop walk, spot seabirds and then climb back down to the coastline for a sandcastle building competition, all at Overstrand Beach.this might be a beach that is sandy plenty to help keep your mini merpeople busy. Who doesn't love a at the seaside time? The noise of this ocean, sand betwixt your toes and most notably, an ice cream in hand. It is great household fun and an inexpensive and method that is not hard get out of our home. You should be certain to prepare for all eventualities - that features swimming cossies AND raincoats!Oh, plus the city that is nearest to the beach is Cromer.
