The Orchard has 21 pitches scattered among the fruit trees either side of the field.

Except where indicated, all pitches will accommodate motorhomes, campers and caravans and are 6m wide and 9m deep, which is 1m wider than the standard Caravan and Camping Club pitch. They also exceed the CCC’s required 6m gap between units, to provide privacy and safety between pitches.

If that’s enough room for safety and privacy in a vehicle, then imagine how much space you’ll have if you’re in a tent!

Log Pods

Bredon-Vale has been a project of passion for the camping-loving Dance family, who bought the land in 2018; they took seven years to find their perfect plot  - The Heath - in Norton, Worcestershire, and they set about transitioning an already idyllic area into a thriving part of the countryside.  The family have now created a beautiful and blossoming landscape, bringing some much needed biodiversity into an area that was lacking.  They have reinstated the existing orchard, protecting the older trees as well as planting new ones -  both local and ancient fruit varieties - and have created new hedging which has led to a huge increase in wildlife.  The owners also work with local Trusts to improve and protect the surrounding areas.  It is an ecological work in progress, but one which is already bursting to life; the species have been carefully selected to blend into the countryside and create natural habitats for insects, birds and mammals.

In amongst all this emerging new flora and fauna is the heart of the project: a beautiful campsite.  There are two camping areas at Bredon-Vale, each providing guests with bags of space to relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.  The Paddock is home to nine well-spaced, hardstanding pitches, all of which are a very good size and have electric hook-ups.  Over in The Orchard, there are a further twenty pitches scattered among the pretty fruit trees, all with different outlooks and specifications.  There are several grassy pitches; some larger than others so more suited to motorhomes, plus smaller grass pitches for tents.  There are also some delightful glamping options; a vintage caravan, a shepherds hut, a bell tent and two handmade log pods.  These unique homes have enviable locations on the site with incredible views over Bredon and Malvern; they are heated and cosy and are supplied with cooking facilities and the all-important kettle!

The campsite facilities are excellent.  There is a warm and very well maintained amenities block with showers, toilets and washing up facilities as well as a laundry room and motorhome service point on site.  The family run a very handy shop at reception selling all the essentials, as well as a selection of outdoor games to borrow if you have forgotten your bat and ball!  Knowing how lovely it is not to have to rush off the supermarket when you’ve settled into a campsite, BBQ hampers are available to buy - provided by the nearby farm shop - containing delicious local produce.  If you don’t want to fire up the BBQ too early, you can also buy breakfast baps and hot drinks from the shop in the morning.  It is a campsite run by campers, and this is very evident with all the small touches.

If you are not familiar with the area there is an information point on the campsite which will tell you all you need to know and lots more.  Bredon-Vale is located in an absolutely gorgeous part of England, with The Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and the stunning Malvern Hills on the doorstep, as well as countless surrounding villages and towns steeped in history.  Walkers can experience the wonderfully rich surroundings from one of the many footpaths near the campsite, and cyclists can bike along the beautiful Blossom Trail.  However you decide to spend your holiday at Bredon-Vale, you are guaranteed a warm welcome and a wonderfully peaceful stay.

Campfires are not permitted, other than in the fire rings provided or by bringing your own off the ground firepit. We also hire them at the office. Wood is available to buy on site. Scavenging for wood anywhere on the site is prohibited. Vehicle movement is prohibited between 11 PM and 7 AM. We stock camping essentials such as milk, bread, cooking oil, cheese and sauces. Our honesty box will be out each day for you to choose some
of our home grown produce and the fruit from the orchard!


Bredon-Vale Caravan and Camping

The best things about the field:
Peaceful and unspoiled
Close to nature -wild deer often wander through the filed to drink from the river. The field is an excellent place for bird watching; Kingfishers, Cuckoos and Woodpeckers are regularly seen. We have a Little Owl in the area which is a little more elusive. 
If you camp you can fish for free on the River Avon.
You can launch Kayaks/ canoes directly from the field into the river Avon - a great place to start your adventure. 
Family run - the field is run by Andrew and his family who are thrilled that campers take joy in the beauty of their field, they can give you local hints and tips and are always happy to help. 
Camp fires are allowed - so it properly feels like camping. 
The field is still a hidden gem and therefore does not get overcrowded.
The field has beautiful vistas in all directions and is South facing so warms up nicely when the sun is out whilst benefiting from the cooling breeze from the river. 
You can walk to three pubs from the campsite.

You will have your own bathroom a short distance away which has an electric shower, flushing loo, sink and hairdryer. This will be yours to use throughout your stay so you can leave your belongings in there. The utilities room (in the same block) offers food storage areas, fridges and washing up facilities. Some loo rolls, soap, washing up liquid will be provided. A generous amount of wood will be provided upon arrival with further logs available to buy.

Welcome to Campden Yurts – a unique corner of the Gloucestershire countryside with plenty of character and space for you to enjoy. We are close to many wonderful attractions, surrounded by fields, hills, and picturesque Cotswold towns and villages.Our small, friendly glamping site has two yurts, which can be booked individually or together for exclusive use of the whole site. Each has a private bathroom, campfire, and hammock area. We welcome couples, families and small groups and our central location means we are great for reunions

You'll have a private toilet and shower room, plus use of a fridge, as well as food storage and washing up area. The site also has a small porch shop selling homemade jam, marmalade and chutney, seasonal fruit and veg and eggs (if the hens are laying well!). There's also a well-equipped utility room with a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, fridge per yurt, hot water and washing up facilities. All loo rolls, soap, hand and tea towels, washing up liquid are provided.

Phones and devices can be charged from the mains in the utility room. There is no WiFi on site but the roaming/mobile signal is good. The site's new wooden shelter is a great place for meeting other guests or eating in the outdoors on the picnic benches (if the sun isn't shining).

**The Old Bush** sits just outside the idyllic village of **Callow End** in the **Malvern Hills** district of **Worcestershire**; a traditional and quintessentially English pub with a lovely campsite in the gardens behind it.  The pub serves a variety of homemade favourites along with local beers and ciders and a pudding menu so tempting you’ll be very pleased that you only have a few feet to stagger back to your bed for the night!  It has a large outdoor patio, a children’s play area and a very pretty garden with beautiful views over the Malvern Hills.

The campsite itself has a **touring area for tents, caravans** and **motorhomes** and good facilities including electric hook ups if you need it, showers and toilets, drinking water taps and chemical waste disposal.  The Old Bush also has a separate **glamping** section, housing several pretty wooden pods which have everything you need for a mini break including a bed, TV, kettle, crockery and a private outdoor seating area.
Matt and Karen have run this lovely family friendly place since 2015 and have firmly become a thriving part of the community in Callow End.  When the pandemic of 2020 hit and the pub was forced to close, the brilliant team at The Old Bush decided to make the best of what they had, and that turned out to be quite an inspiring project.  Instead of stocking beers and soft drinks behind the bar, they instead filled the shelves with groceries and essentials, and became a liferaft for those struggling with supermarket shopping.  Chef Karen cooked takeaway meals for those who could collect, and right from the start, deliveries of groceries to the old and vulnerable in the area were made top priority.  This awesome triumph over adversity has stayed - thankfully - firmly in place, and the **deli** (which it is now called) has a permanent home selling a wide variety of produce.  There is also now a **cafe** too, where locals, as well as campers, can come to have a cuppa and a slice of homemade cake.  There is even a pizza takeaway service at weekends.  So a stay at The Old Bush means no staggering off to the supermarket and no cooking if you don’t want to.  A proper break!

Many people visit The Old Bush for the brilliant location.  Just 20 minutes in the car is the glorious **Malvern Hills** - an **Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty** -  a unique landscape full of exhilarating hill climbs, gentle walks and colourful wildflower meadows.  It is also a great place for mountain biking or road cycling, and horse riders have right of access over the Hills and Commons.  Aside from the beautiful walks and stunning views, there are many picturesque towns and villages to explore including the Victorian spa town of **Malvern** itself, the ancient market town **Tenbury Wells** and the historic riverside town of **Upton upon Severn**.

The Old Bush is in an enviable location to appreciate all that this lovely part of the country has to offer.  And there is no easier place to come back to in the evening, where you can settle down, enjoy a delicious home cooked meal and a short stroll back to bed.  A lovely little gem of a place with a great story.

The cottage accommodation is all on the ground floor with the front door opening into a small hall which leads into the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. Electric storage heaters are provided in each room, together with additional heaters for added warmth.

Outside there is a small outside sitting area with uninterrupted views across the fields and delightful walks to the village of Clifford Chambers.

 A zip and link bed gives the option of a king-sized bed or twin beds.

Whenever visiting with kids do yourselves a favor and spend a couple of quid registering a days which are few advance for the Junior Almoners Club! The Brother that is mascot Oswald make contact with themed puzzles, path maps and other goodies which will bring the trip to life for young ones. And yes it gets you access that is free a couple of of events a year too. The Almonry exhibitions span 12 spaces and almost the whole of recorded time for the spot, from prehistoric displays to Anglo-Saxon burial treasure, through to textile, horticultural and social history.There can be a well kept old-fashioned yard to explore too.It's worth noting that we now have no refreshment, car parking or restroom facilities right here, but you can find evidently fairly neighborhood choices for most of these if you are worried about the excess pennies keep in mind an admission ticket let me reveal great for perform visits throughout the following year.
