Enjoy self-contained luxury Shropshire glamping pod holidays – our warm, pet-friendly, en-suite pods are hidden away in the beautiful lake-lands of Ellesmere.
Relax and listen to the birds singing whilst enjoying panoramic views across the Cheshire Plain and Welsh hills.

Modern life means that connectivity is important, so each glamping pod has a free Wi-Fi internet connection. Our broadband is at ‘rural speed’, so we’ve hard-wired the ethernet cable all the way to each pod to get the best available signal.

As well as a great dog-friendly location with panoramic views, our pods are equipped as follows:

  -  Double bed with optional single bed if required for a third person.
-    Underfloor heating
-    En suite toilet & shower
-    Microwave oven, fridge & kettle
-    Smart television with freeview
-    13 amp electric sockets with USB charging ports.
-    Broadband internet connection wired directly into each pod
-    Cutlery & crockery
-   Complimentary starter pack supplied with sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk, cleaning materials and toilet paper.
-    Fire pit for barbecuing  

-  No smoking in the pods.
- One dog per pod permitted by arrangement and at additional charge.
-    For fire safety and to prevent lingering cooking smells, we do not allow indoor cooking other than with our microwave. You may cook outdoors using our fire pit.
-   We do not have the capacity to permit electric vehicle charging on site.
- **Bring your own pillows, bedding and towels, including tea towels. Our beds have clean mattress protectors.**

The site has excellent access. It is approached by a sweeping roadway lawned either side and lined by daffodils and fruit trees.

You then reach the 6 Acres of beautiful lawned Park which has breathtaking scenery and access to the network of footpaths to Ellesmere and the Llangollen Canal. See our Attractions page for more details.

There are 60 Hook-up points each offering Electric and Mains Water POINT and Night Lights. The site offers Chemical Waste Disposal Point and Grey Water Disposal Point. Discrete, but easily accessible. Gas can be purchased just 5 minutes away in Ellesmere. Each of the thirty four Pitches is grassed and backing onto hedgerow. Awnings are most welcome. Each Pitch looks out onto the remainder of the 6 Acre Site, which is lawned and level, giving superb views over the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Welsh Hills.

Electric Hook-Up Caravan Pitch

Tents are most welcome and can enjoy the superb views and location. Take advantage of the superb facilities on offer, or just pitch your tent and truly get back to enjoying nature.

Newnes Touring Caravan Park

Sumptuously decorated with rich tones of forest green & burgundy, it has most of the features of our other pods.

Double bed,

This pod benefits from Bluetooth speakers & a 2 ring induction hob.
This pod has a two-seater sofa instead of a sofa bed. There is some reduced head height in the bathroom.

We have provided a small t.v for viewing from the sofa, although the view outside is more interesting!

Foxglove is the 5th pod from the entrance gate.

It has a sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge with freezer space, toaster, kettle, coffee machine & sink, heated towel rail, wall heater, TV, folding table & chairs, hairdryer and smoke detector.

Cowslip Pod

Harebell Pod is furnished to a high standard with an en-suite with shower and sleeps 2, it is the last of the four pods.
Harebell pod has a double bed, with bedding & linen provided along with towels.

A sofa bed, table & chairs, heated towel rail, hairdryer, kitchenette with sink, microwave, single ring induction hob, fridge with freezer space, toaster, kettle, coffee machine & sink. The pod is kitted out with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen essentials.

Harebell Pod

Meadowsweet Pod is furnished to a high standard with an en-suite with shower and sleeps 2. This pod is the closest pod to the parking area, being approximately 40 metres away.

We accept well-behaved dogs in Meadowsweet Pod (dependant on breed & a maximum of 2). Please contact us before booking as certain breeds are not suitable.

This pod is also suitable for someone with limited mobility and is wheelchair friendly. It has a larger bathroom with grab rails, a shower seat and a call system. We can provide a foldable ramp for access to the pod. Meadowsweet pod has a double bed, with bedding & linen provided along with towels.

Outside is a private patio area with a table, chairs and a barbecue.

Parking is outside the pod field with a short walk to the pods.

There is a sofa bed (bedding can be provided), kitchenette with sink, microwave, folding table & chairs, fridge with freezer space, toaster, kettle & coffee machine.

The pod is kitted out with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen essentials.

There is a TV/DVD player, hairdryer,  wall heater and smoke detector. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower & heated towel rail.

It has a double bed, with bedding & linen provided along with towels.

The pod is kitted out with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen essentials.
