Lee meadow campsite is set in 27 acres, with extensive woodland to one side and rolling hills to the others. Fine views can be enjoyed of the Bristol Channel out towards Wales.

Electric Grass Pitch

Large grass pitches located in paddock 3. These pitches are the furthest from the facilites but are quieter and have lots of space to spread out, play games and have BBQs. Paddock 3 offers some of the best views on the site ideal for spending the summer evening watching the sun set over the sea.

Sunnymead Farm

Hidden away in the North Devon countryside, a treat awaits.  Only a short drive away from some of Devon’s most gorgeous sandy beaches is a family run dairy farm with some rather beautiful glamping accommodation.  The owners have created an absolute oasis here; a small and secluded glamping site, set in a sheltered field with a small, seasonal stream meandering through. There are only three boutique Lotus belle tents - each which sleep four people very comfortably indeed - so you can be sure of a quiet and relaxing stay. (A small single mattress or travel cot can be provided for a 5th little person).  Each tent is positioned in its own area of the field with a good sized outdoor seating area, a wood burning stove and a firepit - perfect for sitting around and keeping cosy in the evenings.  There is a private outdoor kitchen area with a gas barbeque, cooking equipment and crockery, and each tent also has its own shower and toilet.  Inside the belle tent, everything is made up and ready, with beautiful bedding, fairy lights and pretty furnishings…so you can just arrive, unpack and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  The site is car-free (wheelbarrow your things in!) and off-grid, so kids can roam happily….and in the evenings, a lack of light pollution means beautifully starry skies.  There is also a play barn, packed with activities and games to play, as well as dining tables and chairs, a fridge and other things to make your stay stress free.  It is a wonderful place, a place to get away from it all, relax, unwind and appreciate all that is lovely about the outdoors.  Cheglinch Farm is teeming with local wildlife, not to mention all the farm animals; you might be lucky enough to watch the new calves being fed, collect eggs from the chickens or meet the resident guinea pigs.  And if you do want a day at the beach you are absolutely spoilt for choice here, with Ilfracombe just a few minutes drive away and the sandy shores of Woolacombe, the surf mecca of Croyde and Saunton also very close by.  A fantastic glamping site in a beautiful part of Devon.

As this is a completely rural location, well away from houses and amenities, the facilities are basic allowing you to experience true wild camping.  A main’s water tap providing fresh drinking water, a sink with cold water for washing up and toilet facilities are provided.  Showers are not available but you are welcome to bring your own portable one.

This business-class apartment offers also an integrated office for you to work remotely. Please note that these are seasonal pitches that run from the 3rd of March to the 31st of October. Therefore bookings are only allowed should you be willing to base your caravan here for the entirety of this season.

The block-paved area will accommodate the car and the caravan or motorhome, then some have a fine gravel area at the side for the awning with plenty of grass adjacent, and others have all grass.

Our Classic Pitches are all-grass serviced pitches with an electric hook-up point near-by and a water tap within easy walking distance.


These are suitable for small tents under 4.5m and for campervans with small awnings under 2.5m.

Whitemoor Farm is set on a picturesque small farm overlooking the village of Bishops Tawton, just a couple of miles from the North Devon coast. It offers lovely views over the Taw Valley in a peaceful and tranquil setting surrounded by pasture, grazed by sheep.

Off the beaten track and away from traffic it is less than 2 miles from Barnstaple and 15 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Putsborough Beach and also from the foothills and breath-taking scenery of the Exmoor National Park. There is easy access to the Tarka Trail and to National Cycleway 3 directly from the site.

This camping is situated in the beautiful orchard, sourounded by the wonderful nature of Treyhill Farm. 
There are no deligated pitches here, so you are free to pitch up wherever you like. 
Wake up to the wonderful fresh air of the countryside aswell as the chickens wishing you a good morning! 
The shared shower and toilets facilities are a short walk to the back of our farm, as well as a washing up area and a wood shed.
We also provide cooking equipment available.
You can hire a fire pit, wood and kindiling for a £8 fee.. all ready to toast those marshmellows and star gaze on a wonderful night here at the farm.

Equipped with cooking equipment, drinkware and fresh bedding. 
Also enjoy the outside fire pit, with the option of logs and kindling for a small additional price. Picture toasting marshmallows while star gazing on a cozy night.
Although this accommodation does not supply electricity the team is always available to show where you can charge your devices. 
Outside seating is also provided when you're enjoying those tasty cooked meals.

Treyhill Farm Glamping

Come and stay in our lovely Drovers Hut, built on an ex-army ammunition trailer, it was bought by a local farmer who planned to turn it into a large trailer for carrying hay bales.  We found it in a hedge, covered in ivy and with a tree growing up through it.  We bought it, de-treed it and turned it into this lovely, cosy, romantic hut.

The Drovers Hut has sleeping for 5-6, including a king-size bed, single bunks and a trestle bed which pulls out from under the main king-size bed.

It has a gorgeous country kitchen with a Belfast sink, solid oak worktop, dresser top, two burner gas hob, a table and benches and a wonderful wood burning range stove with oven and hobs above.  Lighting is powered by solar panels and candles for added ambience.  The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

All the beds have comfy memory foam mattresses, and plump pillows and are made up of quality linen.

The drovers hut is fitted out beautifully, in a lovely peaceful corner of the field, and has a decking area which has two gates to secure it for dogs or children. The Drovers hut has outdoor seating, a picnic table, a fire pit/ BBQ and a lovely wood-fired hot tub. Adjacent to the hut sits a private bathroom with a flushing loo, hand basin and hot shower.

There is access, via a style to a wild garden with a stream running through it.  Perfect for, just sitting quietly with nature, exploring, bear hunts or searching for fairies! You can also walk the footpath from the farm, to explore Wistlandpound Reservoir.

Well-behaved dogs are permitted at £5 per night, please do not leave dogs in the hut unattended. Please also keep in mind the neighbouring farm animals that live on the premises when bringing your companion.

Eggs from the hens are also collected and left in the laundry room, with an honesty box for you to help yourselves, guests are also welcome to collect eggs straight from the next boxes. You will also have access to our toilet block which is heated all year round. Complete with drying wall, electrical sockets, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Drovers Hut

**Please note that we require a minimum of 2 nights when booking this accommodation.**

*The shepherd’s hut was traditionally used in the 19th and 20th centuries by shepherds during sheep raising and lambing. They were also used while moving flocks around for “natural fertilizer” purposes.*

Our home-built shepherd hut is beautifully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing, memorable, comfortable stay.  There is a comfy king-size bed and a **child bunk** above with memory foam mattresses made up of fresh duvets, plump pillows and beautiful linen.

The kitchen area contains a ceramic sink with hot and cold running water, a gas hob, pretty china crockery, and kitchen and cooking utensils. The wood-burning stove will keep you toasty warm and the views from the stable door towards Wistlandpound Reservoir are amazing.

The Shepherd Hut is set away on its own and has a fenced garden and gated access to the stream. Outside is a wooden picnic bench, a fire pit and a lovely wood-fired hot tub.

Shepherd’s huts often had iron wheels and corrugated iron tops. We’ve built this one ourselves and reinvented it slightly it’s the perfect romantic getaway.  Come and live out your childhood gipsy dreams

Camping is also available next to The Shepherds Hut for children or extra adults. There is a double en suite bed and breakfast room in the farmhouse, available for friends or relations who wish to join you, but for whom camping or glamping is not for them.

The Shepherd Hut and Hot Tub

At the top of the farm, separate from the glamping and camping fields, closer to the road we have a Caravan and motorhome Club 5 CL site.

The Caravan Club site has a licence for 5 caravans or motorhomes all on specially levelled sites, all on hard standings. All have electric hookups, and water and grey waste connections at each pitch. We have a chemical disposal point and members can also use the laundry room and the lovely new toilet and shower block with all-year-round heating

*Back to basics camping just like it used to be!*

If you would like to camp in an open field, under the stars, with a small campfire outside your tent, where you can sit and watch the night sky, with a beer in your hand then this is the camping site for you!

Our camping fields offer plenty of space. We charge per person, not per pitch, so there is no extra charge for bell tents and you are welcome to bring gazebos or toilet tents.

For families, there is plenty of room for children to run and play in the camping field. Children are most welcome to visit the farm animals, we will show you around. Collect freshly laid eggs, from the hens for breakfast.
Being close to Exmoor there is very little light pollution; when you are staying remember to look up and see the stars!

Thinking of having a party or camping break with your friends? We will let the whole camping field for a reasonable price. Get together with all your friends around the campfire!

Walk over the wooden bridge to the Cabin, children can play in the stream, add some more stones to the dam or just run around the 3 acre field.

The Crinkly Cabin contains a kitchen with off grid fridge, a two burner gas hob, hot and cold water, we made the kitchen worktop ourselves from concrete with semi-precious stones set in.  There is an open plan living area with double doors giving access to the field the cabin is set in. In the living area is a wood burning stove with small oven above.  There are two bedrooms each capable of sleeping up to 4.  With a kingsize bed in each room, a single day bed with an occasional bed underneath, this bed can be moved from room to room if required. Just outside the door is the shower room with flushing loo, sink and large shower, hot water is provided by a gas boiler.   

In a secluded area for cabin guests only, is a firepit with bbq plate, wood fired sauna, hot tub and outside seating

A short walk away, at the top of the field, past the chickens from whom you are welcome to collect fresh eggs for your breakfast,  are more toilets,  showers, a bigger fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and electric sockets in case you can’t quite manage off grid for too long.

Prices for the Crinkly Cabin

£185 per night for all bookings of two nights or more for up to four people, there after £12.50 per person per night for adults, £6 for children.  Well behaved dogs are welcome in the cabin £5 a night. 10% Discount on all bookings of 7 nights.

Crinkly Cabin with Sauna and Hot Tub

Our beautiful shepherd hut is situated right on the edge of Exmoor with fabulous views up to the moor and also down to the sea. Our hut is lovingly handcrafted, fully insulated with cast wheels and is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

You are welcome to bring a tent for the duration of your booking in the shepherds hut. We do not allow any campers who aren’t connected with the Shepherd Hut so the site remains exclusive. Camping is in addition to the shepherd hut tariff at the rate of £10 per child per night and £15 per adult per night.

Lee meadow campsite is set in 27 acres, with extensive woodland to one side and rolling hills to the others. Fine views can be enjoyed of the Bristol Channel out towards Wales. We are only 1 ½ miles from the golden sands of the blue flag beach at award winning Woolacombe.
 
We are a non-commercial site and welcome all tents, caravans and motorhomes. Electrical hookups are available on request but suggest you book early, as these are very popular. All of our pitches are very large so everyone has room to relax and enjoy the location.
