Pitches are gently sloping and one tent is permitted per pitch, regardless of size. For additional tents, extra pitches will need to be booked. We do not allocate spaces therefore you will be able to choose where you would like to pitch. As a 10 acre site, there will be plenty of choice. Included in the price is 2 people and a vehicle. Extras such as people, vehicles, dogs and gazebos can be added.

We have 14 pitches, all on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Pitches are marked out with trees on raised banks between pitches for more privacy. Pitches vary in size from around 12 feet wide to 18 feet wide. Pitch also in the middle of the camping field too. We now have a new facilities block with 2 showers and 2 toilets for campers’ use. At one end of the block is a washing up area with hot water and at the other end a ‘desk’ area with two sockets where phones and other electrical equipment can be charged. Also here are two fridges, both with ice boxes. Firepit/BBQs Allowed.

Grass Pitch Without Electric Hook-Up

Badger’s Retreat Shepherd’s Hut is situated near our pond in our small adult-only campsite. The hut is warm and cosy with heating as well as kitchen area with sink,  fridge, and kettle.  In addition, Badger’s Retreat has its own ensuite toilet and shower. With the comfy kingsize bed, you’ll sleep soundly and wake up to the sound of the countryside with birdsong and distant church bells.

MUST BRING OWN BEDDING AND TOWELS (NOT JUST LINEN BUT BEDDING TOO, IE SLEEPING BAG OR DUVET AND PILLOWS)

Badger’s Retreat is a 7′ x 14′ Shepherd’s Hut raised up from the ground by a step.  Outside is with bench table seating area and fire pit.

Cosy and warm whatever the time of year.

You are welcome to fish in the lake in the camp field, just sit and relax around the BBQ or walk the 500 yards to the local country pub.

Badger's Retreat

Stay in the beautifully decorated and equipped Shepherd’s Hut, Otter’s Nest, on the edge of our small adult-only campsite. The hut is warm and cosy with heating as well as kitchen area with sink, hob, fridge, and kettle so you feel right at home. The comfy kingsize bed means you’ll sleep soundly too and wake up to the sound of the countryside with birdsong and distant church bells.  Private toilet and shower facilities just a few steps away from the hut outside.

Otter’s Nest is a cosy 6 ft x 12 ft Shepherd’s Hut raised up on a decked platform.

You can fish in the lake, just sit and relax around the BBQ or walk the 500 yards to the local country pub.

The cottage is a beautiful stone building that was part of the old milking parlour,
Upstairs, the accommodation consists of one very large double room, a bathroom room with toilet, sink & bath.
 
The accommodation downstairs is a large open-plan living area, with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.
 
The kitchen has an oven and a combi-oven, washer dryer and dishwasher.
 
The ground floor has underfloor heating and french windows overlooking the farm and gardens. The side access provides access to a very pretty shared outside seating area.

The lodge has a spacious entrance area which houses a washing machine with plenty of storage and hanging space, this is the perfect place to leave a muddy kit after a long walk with your dog.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, slow cooker & all cooking and eating utensils.
 
The lounge area has plenty of seating and television but also opens up to an outside seating area with a lovely view. The seating in the lounge converts to a double bed and there is also a double room and a twin room.
 
The bathroom has a toilet, sink & shower.

The Cabin sleeps 4 people in 2 beds. The cabin comes complete with a kitchenette, including an oven, hob and fridge freezer. 

There is a sofa for you to be able to relax whilst watching TV whilst taking in the stunning views.

There is a new Shower and Toilet Block in very close proximity to the cabin.

The Lodge 1

Our Individual Bespoke Pod is the perfect escape from a busy lifestyle. You can expect peace and tranquillity as you are nestled in the heart of the Dorset Countryside.

The pod sleeps 2 people and can be set up as a twin or double bed. Dogs are also welcome.
 
It is kitted out with a fridge and coffee & tea-making equipment. The toilet and showers are located separately from the pod within the farm buildings.

The Lodge is a mobile home that has wonderful countryside views overlooking the field with sheep, Alpaca, and horses.

The open plan sitting room is well furnished with a 3-seater comfy reclining sofa, flat-screen TV/ with a dining table overlooking the fields. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas oven and hob, a microwave fridge, and a freezer. There is a bathroom with a shower.

The Lodge has one double room with on-suite access to the bathroom and a second bedroom equipped with two single beds, this is suited to children as space is limited. If 3 adults wish to stay, then one of the beds can be removed to give sufficient space.

There is parking for up to two cars on the private driveway, a garden with a patio area, a washing line, a BBQ, and a table and chairs. In a separate utility room behind Cherry and Willow Barn, you will find clothes washing facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer.

The Lodge

We are now able to offer a modern well-equipped Bailey Unicorn 4 berth twin axel caravan for hire here at Nutley Farm.

Heath View comes kitted out with everything you should need for an enjoyable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to bedding and towels.

Even if you have never caravanned before this is a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with everything set up for you.

The striking Abbotsbury Playground at the foot of Chapel Hill isn't just a play ground that is free it is a free play ground run, insured and maintained by regional volunteers: thanks, dudes!They don't have much information regarding this destination except that everyone else seems to think it’s great, with many exemplary equipment to accommodate most many years and abilities including loads of differing swings, lots of varied slides, a zip cable, a tractor climbing frame, a see saw, bridges, tree home style cubbies and much more besides.There's a donation box regarding the gate, please don't ignore it! Speaking of which, that gate can evidently be tricky to locate: stick to the track down Hannah's Lane, you are able to evidently park on western Street.
