Romney Meadows can be enjoyed without bringing a tent; our glamping cabins are cosy wooden cabins for 2 people, ideal for couples, they have their own electricity and access to all our facilities.

There's lots of different ways to enjoy the outdoors camping experience here, and our 3m x 3m wooden glamping cabins offer a simple glamping experience; cosy accommodation, doubled glazed windows and doors, secured with locks, attractive dutch style roof, electric light and power points, parking alongside for your car, a verandah with light to enjoy the great country views and evening sunsets.

With access to our kitchen, showers and toilets our glamping pods are really the way to enjoy our park and access all the local points of interest, beautiful beaches, nature reserves, shops and restaurants.

A perfect place for glamping in the beautiful Kent countryside; no tent or caravan required, and a complete range of facilities.

Our small and well cared for caravan and camping park offers all the essential modern facilities you would expect, in an ideal location for reaching out into the local area with a huge range of attractions less than 5 minutes away.

Electricity and water supplies make it easy to stay comfortably as long as you like, and there's a large shower and toilet block everyone is welcome to use.

Time to feel some grass under those tyres? Wind your van through narrow lanes, banks overgrown with cow parsley and long grass, to this truly secluded spot in the Kentish countryside.

Our Campervan pitches offer the same back to basics feel as our tent pitches including the real fire pit. As we are totally off grid you won’t find any hard standings or electric hook ups here.

Looking to host a family & friends gathering or really fancy a treat? Then our glamping is for you.

Our luxury 5m Bell Tents are furnished with fresh bed linen and come complete with everything you need, from pots and pans, cutlery, plates, gas stove and the wonderful pioneer grill so you can cook over the fire.

Just bring your own toothbrush & towels.

Each Pitch has its own fire pit so you can sit out, watch the stars and toast marshmallows.

Our tents is uniquely stylised and accessorised.

Glamping Bell Tent

Wind your way through narrow lanes, the banks overgrown with cow parsley and long grass, to this truly secluded spot in the Kentish countryside.

Park up and wander through the free, unadulterated meadow to find your special spot.

All pitches have campfires and we are able to accommodate groups together including Glampers and Campervans.

Come and find us; in the morning for coffees and wood fired pizzas are served most weekends.

Our valley shepherd hut is set in a stunning location on a valley hillside with beautiful views. It is heated by a wood burner, has hot running water and has an ensuite with a shower and composting toilet.

The valley shepherd hut sleeps 2 adults and 1 child on an inflatable mattress. You can relax take in the views and listen to the skylarks and buzzards above. Doggies are very welcome and will enjoy the fabulous walkies here.

Woodland shepherd's hut Our Woodland shepherd's hut is set in a sunny glade with mature oak trees. During the spring, Anemones, orchids, primroses, and bluebells carpet the woodland floor.

The woodland hut sleeps 2 adults and 2 young children on self-inflating mattresses under the bed. It is heated by a wood burner, has hot running water and an ensuite with a shower and composting toilet.

Our woodland shepherd's hut and valley shepherd's hut have been beautifully built by The Shepherds Hut Company in Devon to give you memorable experience glamping in Kent. Relax and enjoy the calmness of this ancient woodland with bird songs such as the wren. At night you may even see and hear many nighttime creatures.

A beautiful grain store converted into a private cabin. Set in the heart of rural east Kent. You just need to follow your nose in this area of outstanding natural beauty. 

A wood-burning stove, TV, galley kitchen & outside BBQ area will ensure you have a cosy getaway. 

Folkestone & Canterbury close by (20 min drive).  For cyclists, it is on national bicycle route 17. Walks start from the front door.

Enjoy a relaxing break in this fabulous treehouse that sits on a 15th Century farmstead, in a historic Kent village near Canterbury. Made from recycled timbers and offering stunning views across the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s hard to believe this cosy escape is less than two hours away from London.

This truly unique holiday home sleeps two guests and has been constructed around an old tree on the grounds, which grows up through the treehouse. After making the ascent up the wooden staircase into the property, those staying are greeted by a cleverly designed space. Comfort has not been compromised, as guests are presented with a large double bed with luxurious linen and secure and sturdy windows keeping the interior lovely and warm - even when the weather outside is not.

On the ground floor is a small cabin with a chemical toilet, while those staying can use the shower facilities in the main house. Surrounded by the fantastic Kent countryside, there really is an impression of blending inside and outside at Elham Treehouse and this can be further emphasised with the use of the charcoal barbecue which is provided.

Tankerton BeachGentle grassy slopes perfect for summer time picnics roll down past the multi beach that is coloured to satisfy the pebble coastline. Water is good for swimming and there was lifeguard cover May to September.At low tide it is possible to go out along a causeway that is natural The Street but be extremely particular to beat the tide back in once again, it can creep up swiftly.There are toilets with disabled facilities and a cafe nearby.
