Our ethos is one of discovery – to discover new ways of sustaining, managing and supporting our fourth generation farming business; we hope that our visitors discover the natural beauty and wilderness of Yorkshire Dales glamping at Little Seed Field.

Our site can be quite exposed to the elements and is remote and as you would expect, the weather can be changeable, one of the joys of the Yorkshire Dales, so be prepared with appropriate clothing. We recommend that you bring warm clothing, wellies and basics like a torch.

Our water supply is from a natural spring and as part of our plan to minimise the impact on our environment, we encourage everyone to use our water sparingly and to bring bottled water, if possible. There is a fresh water supply provided in the amenity building.

We provide all bedding required for the beds, including feather duvets and memory foam pillows. Please bring additional bedding and blankets should you feel the need for extra layers.

On site there are facilities to make a light breakfast and each cabin has access to an outside BBQ. We recommend you bring your own cool boxes, charcoal, food, drinks and all the other little extras you would take on a camping trip – we do not have a shop on site and the closest shop is several miles away so be sure to bring everything you need.

Nidderdale Llamas: a llama trekking centre, offering Llama Treks and Farm Experiences. Great fun and very unique!You can not ride llamas, but they are superb walking companions and carry your picnic! The Centre provides a variety of options from Farm Experiences, for those who don't need to walk far, yet want to meet these friendly creatures and start to become acquainted with their personalities, to day that is full, in which the llamas carry a luxury picnic all given by the centre.There are age limitations for the options and children must be 6 years or over to enter the farm and needs to be decade or on the go on a llama trek. Then give the Nidderdale Llama Team a call and they will be pleased to discuss the smartest choice for you.Birthday parties are a speciality if you should be still unsure! Pre-Booking is vital as this is simply not an Open Farm, consequently don't travel without phoning first to book your trek or experience!
