The cottage is situated on the edge of the town of Ballantrae, within quarter of a mile through the sea, supported by farm land and seeking Southern throughout the River Stinchar towards the surrounding South Ayrshire countryside and Galloway Hills beyond.With marked river, woodland, seaside and farm walks direct through the door, the properties are all situated just off the Ayrshire Coastal Path, www.ayrshirecoastalpath.org-Scotlands long distance walking route along among the best panoramic coastlines into the British Isles. The coastline is crowned with a backdrop that is superb of ever-changing profile of Ailsa Craig therefore the hills of Arran across the Firth of Clyde. The region is steeped ever sold and teeming with wildlife, including squirrels which are red roe deer, otters and seals and it is a haven for bird watchers in the moors and estuary.
