Firepits Available. Parke Farm’s idyllic location in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park does justice to one of the prettiest traditional cottages in the County. The farmhouse has been stunningly and sympathetically restored with the surrounding fields offering a perfect camping location. Internationally renowned Broadhaven and Barafundle beaches are ‘just down the road’ Both are accessed via National Trust car parks 4 miles away. Why not meander over to Bosherston village? The Lily pond walk leads directly to the sand dunes at Broadhaven Parke Farm is ideally situated to explore part or all of the 180 miles of Pembrokeshire’s coastal path. There’s a multitude of award-winning, Blue Flag beaches in our corner of Pembrokeshire. Freshwater West, Freshwater East, and the picturesque village and beaches of Angle are only a few miles away. Count the steps down to St Govan's Chapel. The tiny stone building has a stunning setting among the limestone cliffs. Local folklore suggests the steps are never the same number on the way back up. Norman influences on the County are evident with castles at Manorbier, Carew, and spectacular Pembroke |Castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor. There’s so much to see and do in South Pembrokeshire. We are in an ideal location for you to explore the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and award blue flag beaches 3.8 miles to sandy Broadhaven South beach, it is popular for swimming and with families, kite-surfers, anglers, body-boarders and canoeists and 4 miles to Barafundle Bay (both National Trust) 5 miles to Freshwater West which is popular for surfers, we are also close to Angle & Stackpole and within driving distance Tenby, Saundersfoot, Manorbier, Skrinkle Haven, Marloes, Broad Haven north and Dale. There is a wealth of wildlife and rare plants in the SSSI area.
Booking Policy
This is a tranquil site where people come to relax, we do not accept large bookings for parties. Please do not book if you cannot respect our family-orientated policies - you will be asked to leave if you cannot be quiet.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :
Check-in between 2 pm and 8 pm. Checkout by 12pm on the day of departure
DOGS - MUST be kept on leads at all times when on-site. Keep them with you & clean up after them.
**FIREPITS **- MUST NOT BURN THE GRASS, THEY MUST BE USED ON PATIO SLABS OR RAISED OFF THE GROUND.
