Our campsite is surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. We have five spacious hard standing pitches for caravans and motorhomes with electric hook up. 

We are an adults only site, we do not allow tents and we do not charge extra for things like dogs, awnings or towed cars.

Erwlon Caravan & Camping Park

Cae Uchaf, meaning "top/high field" in Welsh, offers the best views of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountain. It is situated the furthest away from the campsite's amenities and is therefore the most secluded pitch. It's a bit of a hike to get there, but we'll put all your luggage on the quad so you don't have to carry it yourself. Please note that stays are free for kids 13 years old and under, while kids of 14+ years are charged adult rates.

The Cae Canol, meaning "middle field" in Welsh, is located half way up the campsite area. You aren't too far from the amenities and you'll enjoy some seclusion. The hike up isn't too strenuous but don't worry about lugging your bags and tent up the hill as we'll do that for you. Please note that stays are free for kids 13 years old and under, while kids of 14+ years are charged adult rates.

The Cae Isaf, meaning "low field" in Welsh, is the pitch closest to the amenities. You are a hop and a skip away from the shower, toilets and washing up point but nonetheless comfortably ensconced in the surrounding wilderness. Please note that stays are free for kids 13 years old and under, while kids of 14+ years are charged adult rates.

Situated in the gorgeous Towy Valley, Glanmarlais Camping offers pitches on mostly flat ground in a gently sloping field, with spectacular views of the Brecon Beacons and glorious constellations in one of the world’s darkest skies. The site is ideally located for world-class walking, mountain bike riding and motorbiking.

​Guests will enjoy a peaceful and largely wild rural retreat, with amenities including compost toilets, a hot shower powered by an air-source heat pump (with changing room and vanity area), a washing up area, as well as a communal fridge. You will also have access to charging facilities for electronic devices, while the large barn provides a characterful communal dry space with tables and seating. Campfires are allowed by your tent, and firewood is available for purchase on site, with an initial welcome bundle on the house. 

​Funds from the campsite contribute to the development of a conservation grazing program to enhance Glanmarlais Farm’s floral and faunal diversity and protect its existing habitats.

​The farm has belonged to the Soil Association for 25 years and is a member of  the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group for Wales.

Our Collen and Celyn pitch has the same space as our camping pitches but this has an undercover kitchen area with a picnic table, your own composting toilet and your fire pit is included. You will need to bring cooking equipment with you, your own tent etc, once set up these spaces offer a unique experience.

This location offers more seclusion and a bit more peace set in approximately half an acre by itself. With all the amenities you require you can enjoy with ease.

This site has been designed to have everything you need without all of the clutter that many venues have. We want you to be able to return to basics to enjoy the area as opposed to being too focused on technology. This is off grid and back to basics outdoor living.

We have supplied you with a fire kit, along with s’mores to enjoy your evening with us.

We clean everything down following a stay with safe4, each stay is a minimum of two nights, bedding/towels etc are not provided.

This area has a basic kitchen, 6m bell tent and a picnic table. Within your accommodation you will find beds for 4 guests, a coat stand, your own composting toilet, over night logs and a log burning stove.

We have 6 camping pitches available with scenic views, our camping is back to basics. Our relaxed set up will help you to enjoy this area through your stay. For these 6 pitches we have composting toilets, recycling options and firepits to hire. Fire wood is free.

Llansawel Agored is fortunate to have clear skies at night, pristine local rivers, some amazing bodies of water, along with mountain bike trails from our doorstep. We aim to improve our environment, this is achieved through tree planting, land management and cleaning/clearing projects. In 2021 we will have planted some 1000 trees in total. Along with this tree planting we are rewilding our area through a couple of ponds and allowing natural grasses to develop.

Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Membership of the Greener Camping Club is required to stay at this campsite.

Llansawel Agored

Our site is spread over six fields, with just 20 generously sized and widely spaced pitches mown into the long grass on the edges of our hay and wild flower meadows managed for their biodiversity as important habitats for insects, birds and wildlife.  

Choose your spot and settle down to stunning views of Pen y Fan, Corn Ddu, and the surrounding hills and farmland.

Group bookings of 5 or more adults are not permitted.

No large caravans, motorhomes, or loud music.

Children under 14 years old are not permitted on site.

We have 2 showers and 4 toilets, two washing up areas and a cooking and eating area in our campers' barn. We have a small honesty shop selling some fresh produce and the basics. There is a communal freezer available for freezer packs and charge points for mobile phones etc.  Rubbish and recycling is provided - bins can be found near the wash facilities.

Firepits are available free of charge and you can purchase wood and kindling from us, or bring your own.

Campers seeking peace and tranquillity can choose a pitch in some 20 acres of wildflower meadows bordered by native woodland. Wander through the fields on mown pathways, or follow the footpath onto Mynydd Illtyd common for miles of gentle tracks, stunning views and glorious sunsets. Our site is spread over 6 fields totalling more than 20 acres with just 18 generously sized and widely spaced level pitches, mown into the long grass on the edges of our hay and wildflower meadows which are managed for their biodiversity as important habitats for insects, birds and wildlife.

We have 2 showers and 4 toilets, two washing up areas and a cooking and eating area in our campers' barn. We have a small honesty shop selling eggs, dairy produce and cupboard staples. There is a communal freezer available for freezer packs, a fridge, and charge points for mobile phones, etc. Rubbish and recycling is provided - bins can be found near the campers' barn.

Firepits are available free of charge and you can purchase wood and kindling from us, or bring your own.  Parking on the pitch is allowed.



Pwllyn Farm Camping

The campsite is open April to October for tents only and provides a small, open fronted kitchen, made from sustainably sourced timber and complete with double gas burner, for food preparation and washing up.

To ensure your stay is relaxing we ask that all cars are left in the car park and you walk the level 150 metre tarmac path from the carpark, to the gentle sloping field were you can begin your peaceful stay in our camping area. We have provided large barrows / trolley to transport equipment and the toilets and showers are available 24hrs a day in the main Centre, close to the car park. There are also two compost toilets; one close to the campsite and the other near the car park and various hides and seating areas can be found around the 40 acre site for you to enjoy the tranquility and nature here at Denmark Farm.

Non-Electric Grass Pitch (Tents Only)

Exclusive use of the campsite with up to 24 people and 6 vehicles in the carpark.

The campsite is situated on a gently sloping meadow next to woodland and, with almost no light pollution, the stars are amazing. Campers have the unique opportunity to share this peaceful place with red kites circling overhead, hares hiding in the undergrowth, dragonflies darting over ponds, hedgerows and woods full of birdsong, and flower-filled meadows.

Exclusive use of whole Campsite

'There are dragons in there!' one young camper enthused as we made our way into the dark woodland adjoining the camping meadow at Denmark Farm. Fearing for our safety, the gallant squire grabbed his trusty sword (ok, so it was a long stick) and rushed past us with a chivalrous, 'And I'm going to get them'. Although we didn't encounter any dragons during the visit, their presence is eminently plausible at this Welsh conservation site, situated among the green humps and bumps of Celtic Ceredigion. You wouldn't blame the mystical creatures for slumbering off the effects of battling with medieval knights in a centuries-long hibernation somewhere within this 40-acre treasure trove of landscape. Encirling the camping meadow are woods and fields and ponds that have been slowly nursed back to life from the land owner's farming days. A commendable job has been carried out by Denmark Farm Conservation Centre in helping nature to restore the site, much to the joy of the local flora and fauna (dragonflies included).There is room in the gently sloping meadow for around 20 people at any one time, with only tents allowed, plus a yurt for non-campers. A small, open fronted kitchen, made from sustainably sourced timber, is available for all guests to use and, while there are two composting toilets in the camping meadow, flushing loos and showers are open 24-hours-a-day in the Conversvation Centre building. Pathways that lead through the woods beckon you towards fairy-tale adventures, one leading to a magical roundhouse, another to a spiky hide – is it a bird or a hedgehog? – by the long lake.

Denmark Farm

Set within the grounds of this seven and a half-acre smallholding in Cynghordy, Carmarthenshire is the beautiful Cwmcuttan Caravan Site owned and managed by Eileen and Mark.  While Mark tends to the maintenance of the site, Eileen will take care of your booking and greet you with a smile. 

Just a 5 mins walk from Heart of Wales railway line running up to Shrewsbury and the Midlands and down to Swansea with connections to Cardiff and London.
The site is accessed by a very quiet country road and is surrounded by plenty of wild life, there are many stunning woodland walks nearby and you're never too far from the amenities of the nearby local towns with swimming pool, shops, resturants, pubs & take aways.
