Eves Hill Farm’s camping site is the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk and an ideal place to spend some time if you enjoy walking, birdwatching, cycling, painting or simply the unspoilt countryside. We are also within walking distance of the picturesque market town of Reepham, with its superb selection of shops and places to eat and drink.

This stunning church is huge yet cosy, and sits in a quiet spot overlooking patchwork green fields and the wide blue yonder. ​All our Bell Tents are decked out in funky vintage and retro wares, fully carpeted with coir matting and have a massive 5m footprint.

​Perfect for families, each tent can comfortably sleep up to 6, with two double futons and two fab foldout foam beds. Or, for those looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, why not come and stay for a nice chilled out weekend with your partner and enjoy a few nights under canvas? 

These tents also boast a porch area! Hazel, Spindle and Maple are pitched on the grass at the top of the upper (car free) meadow.

Bernie & Ronnie are our fab converted railway good wagons. After a hard life running the railways of East Anglia, Ronnie and Bernie have now settled down here at Whitlingham and are waiting to welcome you.

Both carriages provide sleeping for up to 4 and have their own private decking area with a hammock and fire pit for maximum relaxation.

Please note that this accmmodation caters for 2 adults and 2 children.

Lola, our fabulous Shepherds Hut offers all the joys of the great outdoors whilst still keeping some of your home comforts.

​Whether you are flinging open the double doors open to embrace the summer sunshine or cosying up around the log burner, a stay in Lola is the perfect way to enjoy Norwich and the Broads.

Our pitches are spread across the upper and lower meadow, both situated just a few minutes walk from the Whitlingham Broad Visitor Centre and cafe, with all the walks, activities and peaceful hideaways the Country Park has to offer.

The Upper Meadow is a car free haven with great views across the Country Park to the Broad. Parking is a few metres from the pitches and we provide specialised luggage transportation devices; which look a little like customised wheel barrows! There is also an access track for dropping kit off.

Upper Meadow (Non-Electric Grass Pitch)

Our pitches are spread across the upper and lower meadow, both situated just a few minutes walk from the Whitlingham Broad Visitor Centre and cafe, with all the walks, activities and peaceful hideaways the Country Park has to offer. ​The lower meadow accommodates tents, camper-vans & small motorhomes (no caravans or large trailer tents).
If you prefer to have your car next to your tent the Lower Meadow can accommodate one car.

Lower Meadow (Non-Electric Grass Pitch)

Welcome to the wonderful Whitlingham Yurt, inspired by traditional Mongolian yurts but with a few twists to adapt it to our climate and add some touches of luxury.

Our yurt has a 6m footprint and comes fully furnished with a solid wood double bed including bedding, two comfy double futons and a cosy wood burner. 

Sleeps a family of up to 6 people (max 4 adults and children), or 4 adults in comfort

The Whitlingham Yurt

Brand new for 2021, our bespoke designed woodland cabins are nestled in the wooded valley side of our campsite, raised up from the forest floor offering wonderful open views across the camping meadows down to the broad at the front, and historic, private woodland on the other 3 sides.

Each den sleeps up to 4 people, with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor, and comfortable, pull out beds in the living area.

Flint and Chalk woodland dens have their own balcony, decking area and private woodland glade complete with fire-pit, BBQ, seating and hammocks. You can simply relax and enjoy being immersed in the woodland.

Whitlingham Broad Campsite

- One Touring caravan or Motorhome or Campervan allowed per pitch

- We have a large shower room with a single electric shower and generous changing area. Please note the electric shower takes a 50 pence piece that will last approximately 10 minutes.

- A sheltered area houses two handbasins and two washing up sinks (with hot water, -lighting and mirrors).
 
- We have three eco-friendly composting toilets (one for men and two for women) plus a separate urinal. 

 
- Free charging for phones, tablets etc and a socket for hairdryers / air bed pumps etc. 

- We have six electrical hook up points.
 
- A chemical toilet waste disposal point is provided.

- We have a small spring fed fish pond which is freshly stocked with carp, tench and rudd. Campers may fish for free but must use a landing net and barbless hooks and must put back what they catch.
 
- We provide bins for recyclable waste and encourage campers to recycle as much of their rubbish as possible.

 
- The water in the washing area is safe to drink. We also have a dedicated drinking water tap suitable for filling large containers.
 
 
- We no longer accept dogs on site.

 
- Fires / BBQs are permitted, so long as they are raised off the grass.
